We haven't plan of coming here but it's worth stopping here! My daughter had a blast because this is her first time. Good place for kids. We bought socks for her too.

This place can be very fun. However there are way too many kids and the staff does not pay attention or watch the areas. You end up with with a ton of very aggressive older kids in the dodgeball pit that pick on the younger kids. I signed up for a member ship and after watching that my daughter get hurt I cancelled. Before my daughter got hurt I watched an employee hit a young kid in the face with a dodge ball very hard and he was laying there crying before then he was done playing. I get everyone wanting to have fun but there are zero rules and because of that my daughter left crying on her birthday.

They have great climbing areas. Just not enough staff. I did not notice cleaning during our stay, of 3 hours. The sponges looked dirty and need to be replaced in some areas. Some of the equipment was out of order. In one area the retaining wall had tiny holes. Some concerns about sanitation.. it has awesome potential. Over all the Children love it. I’m glad I still carry my sanitizer. The eating area is okay for the snacks, they offer.

It is a fun place, but it's very very dirty. Things are full of hair, and stinks really bad. I wouldn't recommend taking kids here. Adults jump without socks which is very gross as feet can carry fungus. This owner needs to hire a cleaning crew to deep clean every week and wash certain things. Your kids could definitely end up sick from going here. AGAIN this place could be very fun but only if you don't mind the smell and dirty environment. I had to cancel my membership because it was just too nasty.

The young lady that checked is in was very rude. Seems like there's no dress code. She had on panty shorts. Sitting on the chair with her legs up on the counter. You could basically see her private parts. Won't be bringing my children back to this. It's overpriced and over rated. I am editing, as I see now that this is a common, at this facility. the recent reviews are not good. And the replies to the reviews tend to be automated. People need to stop visiting this place until they clean it, train their employees better and put in place a dress code. I don't plan on going back.

Not a fan. It smelt like feet, people were in the jump area/trampolines with no socks, kids were not being supervised by parents, employees were not doing jobs… I would strongly suggest going to the Overland Park location over this one. It’s extremely unsafe for parents to just let their 3 year olds roam and for employees to not be paying attention. 0/10 experience.

My kids had a great time but there isn't much for an adult to do. At least there's ample seating for those who don't care to jump on trampolines.

This place is super dirty and only ran by teenagers who just stand around talking and not attending to their station. I read all the reviews and it's all the same thing. Management really doesn't care because they have failed to step up and do anything. I'll be going to the Overland Park location like all the other reviews.

Very dirty out in the main area and even less frequented areas. They need to DEEP clean. It’s been dirty like this for a few years. It would be great if staff had better training on making eye contact, having a good tone, and good language. Higher management needs to spend more time helping their team grow in their skill set. An employee is a only as good as the training they receive so long as they are coachable themselves. And a closer look at who is coming in high off of drugs would be nice. Talking to a body with no brain is just sad. Quality workmanship is poor and they all love to be on their phones.

While fun. This place is absolutely filthy visible dirt dust and hair in every corner. All over every surface, it is never clean. My kids had brand new sock on and they turned black and full of hair in 5 minutes. We will never be returning due to how it is unkept. It really wouldn’t be hard to have a cleaning company come in once a week and wipe it down sweep vacuum, like it is just not okay how they have let it go.

Super friendly staff member (younger girl with black hair and blonde underneath) went above and beyond to help my grandson play and feel like a big kid on the different obstacles.

A lot of fun and definitely a great workout. I wish there was an adult workout hour, its mostly overrun with children but it is a trampoline park. Great for kids and birthday parties! You pay for 60-120 mins $23-$28 per person plus $5 for socks. Unless you bring sky zone socks from a previous visit. Fun activities you will get worn out quick though! Don’t underestimate it!

I brought my two granddaughters to this place and the employees were nothing but unprofessional, rude and lazy. I ordered nachos with cheese and I was told they don’t have any more cheese. I ordered pepperoni pizza and again, I was told they only have cheese pizza. I wanted only a couple of slices but I was told I can only have a whole pizza, no slices. I understand the employees are mostly teenagers but without proper adult supervision those kids are acting very unprofessional and showing no respect to customers!

Love that spot. If you want to work out with your kids, bring them here because you will sweat. I had an amazing time trying all the attractions. We will be back soon.
