Worst Simmons bank I have ever experienced. Several things were messed up on my people’s ends at this bank and weren’t adjusted until months later. Got to the point to where I switched banks, wouldn’t suggest using this bank in the Kansas City area.

I am self employed and paid Simmons Bank at Mt Vernon over 36,000 per year in interest for my business loan for years.. now I live near Lees Summit and have sold that business .. this branch questions every check, every deposit, and puts a hold on every time. It’s like I’m new and they question every transaction I make. It should still be Simmons and I feel I should have earned their trust by now . Will be changing banks.

The people who work at the Simmons Bank in Lees Summit, Missouri, are very helpful and friendly. They have always made me feel very welcome.

The workers are great but the bank it’self is awful. There’s always something wrong with logging in online or on the app. I’m switching banks ASAP. Not sure how this is still even in business.

Assistant manager L. is rude. If your managers are not able to work with customers they probably can't manage very well
