Made my day! I had a (item) missing from my order that I received. Sephora (customer service) wasn't very helpful. I reached out to Kohl's (Sephora) Unfortunately, it was an online order which wasn't able to assist. (Jennifer) who met beyond my expectations and talked to the manager and was able to gift me a promotional make up bag with $10 dollars Kohls cash. She was very helpful, I would recommend her :)

I typically don’t write reviews but since this is the 3rd time I’ve been in & had the WORST Sephora experience I will say my piece. I am in search of a foundation to use at my wedding so I came in to get samples. I was told no one would help me and to just bring them to the front desk. When I did just that, the worker sighed and rolled her eyes that she had to pump foundation into sample containers. The lady with the red hair (I think she is manager, doesn’t act like one though), said that Sephora has a new rule that you can only get 3 samples of anything now and I would have to come back if I wanted more. I don’t believe that for a second. Don’t come to this location unless you want to deal with older women with attitudes & a hatred of helping others. How do they still work here???

Always have a negative experience coming here. First time systems were down and would not load customer beauty insider account. Waited over 30 mins for store manager and never came so had to forfeit my purchase. Next time girl associate with locs was very rude and unpleasant. Made another customer wait in line while she finished stocking perfumes before helping her. Would not accommodate my birthday gift and was very nasty when explaining her reasoning why, which turned out to be a lie. Resolved with customer service at corporate with 0 issues but will avoid this location.

Rude workers, do they have the highest turn over or what? Waited while one was helping a customer, and the other was putting products away. I politely asked could she assist as there was a line of people waiting. She “politely” told me she’s busy! Don’t come here.

Pretty good store, don't know why people are complaining in the reviews? It's like they never worked in retail and don't know how busy it can be behind the scenes. They also can't control what products come in because that's done by the warehouse, they choose what to send to what stores and isn't up to the workers. If you want the products so bad then go online and buy it and ship it to your house/apartment, etc.

To those who are complain about them being out of stock or taking to long to get your oder shut up the world doesn't revolve around you people buy the products stop being stupid also they are helping other people so yeah you can wait impatient selfish hag learn to be considerate until you walk in their shoes shut your mouth no one wants your opinion.
