“Sam was ultra, and I mean ULTRA helpful yesterday ! While loading up my car from storage, I left the doors and hatch open for too long, which drained my battery and I could not start my car. It took Sam about 3 seconds to grab his keys and come help me jump my car ! He went WAY beyond his duties to help me, and I am so grateful for people like him !!!”

“Donald ROCKED IT!! First off he gave me a 60 min eta and arrived in 40!!! That's unheard of for road repair. Usually 3-4 hours after a 90 min eta at other places. So for that I thank you.
I drive a car hauler and blew a hydraulic line. The line ran through my frame rails (not an easy fix by any means) Donald arrived and got right to work finding the spot that it blew and although it put up one heII of a fight, Donald kicked it's A$$ and got me up and going. Great tech, great service. Highly recommend”

“First time user of storage facilities. Ed was very helpful and friendly. Gave needed size advice and I am pretty sure unit selected will work when I move in later this week. I got a great intro "promo" rate but am disappointed that I couldn't be given what my rate will be after 3 months.”
