So after years of using this company for customers and personal use in two homes and spending 10s of thousands literally I will NEVER shop here again.They act like you are an inconvenience. I came in to pick up tile I ordered 2+ months ago and never received a call that it was in. I wanted to look at some Granite.. 5 people at desks, 2 people at the counter. Not one other customer. No one would even get up to help us. We had to take pieces up front to get prices. I understand I didn’t have an appointment and if there had been customers I would understand.This isn’t the first time I’ve felt like I was bothering them to get help.If you are a contractor or public Buy somewhere else.Horrible customer facing experience.

I bought flooring from them. Loved the flooring and the people were nice. Contractor told them how much we needed only problem we had too much and could not return the unopened boxes so we are out over $568. Plus they ordered wrong transition pieces and would not take those back either. So we are out that money also. Make sure you only order what you need.

We had a great experience at ProSource Lee’s Summit. Sarah helped us find all of our finishings for our new home. It was extremely helpful how Sarah put together our ideas and pulled out samples so we could see how they looked side by side. She gave us ideas that we would never had come up with ourselves. We appreciate her knowledge and eye for design. Many thanks.

Ordered 3 boxes of tile from ProSource that was to be delivered on Tuesday, 3/28. Had tile guy set up for 3/29. Drove to Lenexa to get it at MSI warehouse. MSi only showed 2 boxes were ordered from ProSource I don’t know who made that mistake but I was a ProSource customer not an MSI customer. Options presented to me were to order again and wait until following Tuesday or order out of Dallas and hope it would come in on Friday. They (MSi) indicated they would direct ship to Less Summit. Extremely frustrated I had to put off tile guy but they offered no apologies or other options. Called ProSource on Friday and they tracked the delivery to the Merriam office and indicated if I needed it before Monday, I would have to go get it. I again had the tile guy scheduled for 4-3 so I had to go get it. Received all three boxes, got it home and every box had between 6-9 broken tiles out of a box of 10, One box was nothing but broken pieces. Sent text and no response. My husband returned all boxes and other than the salespersons apology, they appeared to be disinterested about the whole ordeal and offered nothing to try and remedy the situation.. They took no responsibility of this total disaster. Had several projects in the works but I will be taking my business to someone who values me and my time.

We had a very good experience using ProSource for our new build. Tyler, Sarah and David where especially knowledgeable and helpful.They even came to our jobsite to offer opinions and morale support during the process. I highly recommend them and ProSource for anyone remodeling or building a new home. Superior customer service!

Pro Source provided and installed all the flooring and tile in our new home. It was an outstanding experience start to finish. They were responsive, timely and professional. Without hesitation I can attest that they put the customer first ! The end result is beautiful! I highly recommend this company!!

Disappointing. Representative was late to the appointment and wasn't able to provide assistance for the main objective of the meeting without the cabinet person. I had to leave all my personal drawings and measurements. I heard back days later after the time I was told to expect a quote. I understand if my project was too small and not worth their time, but at least let me know as soon as possible.

Bought tile with an accent here. Had two full boxes of tile plus one box that was minus two pieces left over after the install. They would not honor a return with a variety of excuses. The salesperson said it came from "their warehouse". The customer service person said "they don't have a warehouse... only venders and since it was purchased over 30 days ago they could not "accept a return". Some B.S. about not being able to mix lots... etc..etc... Bottem line... I would not buy tile there again. It would have been one thing if the "No return policy" was explained up front. It was not. Thanks for burning me to the tune of $350.00. Nice work.

We purchased Anderson Tuftex carpet for our steps, landing and hallway in Ivory Lace and purchased a porcelain tile which was 8 X 48. Love, love and love my flooring. They opened our home up with the lighter colors. I wished I had the tile in every room in my home. It is so easy to care for. I light vacuum it once or twice a week and then steam mop it about once a month.

After doing a lot of research on flooring for my basement, I went to ProSource in Lee's Summit and spoke with Tyler Shaffer. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only does he sell the flooring, but has a lot of experience with installation. I chose to install the flooring myself to save money, and Tyler was able to explain to me just how to get the job done. He also provided me great advice on which flooring I should purchase. I am extremely happy with my flooring and the whole experience with ProSource and Tyler! I was able to use the knowledge that Tyler gave me to not only do my own flooring, but install flooring for my in-laws house as well. I will be using ProSource for all of my flooring and home renovation needs from now on.
