The girl with long blonde hair is extremely rude and i will not be coming back. On another note they tried to offer me four dollars for a brand new Fabletics sweatshirt when they’re selling Shein clothes for eight+ dollars

Took over 2 hours to process my clothes. I like Belton better.

You have to be white to even get your stuff looked at in Lee Summit. What a shame

Select clothing, as nothing at a consignment price is worth what they charge. This is a scam but a smart one.

Large selection of mostly gently worn clothing. The staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Like an ordinary 2nd hand shop, a bit cleaner than most, they make an attempt to present things nicely, but it's more expensive than Goodwill. Areas are divided according to type, children, women, sportswear, etc. They have some men's clothing. Had trouble finding things, even with signs for L, XL, etc because things were so mixed up. M sizes in with XL, for example.

First off when I called to check on my drop off.. they didn't have my name after I had given my id to lady .. I was told "we do not take dressy items.. but I'm looking at a dress with rhinestones on it.. wow.. .. very unpleasant to deal with.. I had very nice things in 2 bags . She Emily glanced in the bag and was like .. we don't take these.. so I checked in one bag.. came back to only get 17$. Off 5 items. Wouldn't be so bad if one of the items wasn't a pair boots that will probably be sold for 20$. I will never go back to this location ever .ever ever ever

They buy used clothing. They do not buy as many Senior clothes as I would like, but they took the uncomfortable clothes off my hands. You know the clothes you get from the youths or young adults. ✌️

Dropped brand new stuff off with tags still on them and brand new jeans and got only 35 dollars for all of it. Felt like I got robbed for all the stuff I gave them. Do not recommend selling your stuff here

Saw a pair of Nike’s I liked in great condition, but not for $65 :-( maybe if they were a more popular nike style! There was also a girl that brought a lululemon shirt up to the register for a price check, and the employee explained to her that the tag was edited and the item was “marked up” because it was in good condition. I do find things here and there and will continue to shop here, but it’s really the luck of the draw!

The store employees clearly do not know how to tell time or do not care to adhere to the posted closing time on the window. 12 minutes before close (I intended to run in and quickly grab 1 thing not engage in a shopping trip). Not the first time this has happened either. If you close at 745 then insure Google knows this. Otherwise like other retail stores close doors at the time posted.

They say only named brand clothing, and I guess that's true in the sense that all the clothing has a name of a brand on it. There is a lot from Target and even Wal-Mart in this location anyway. We did get a decent amount for the clothes we sold. My son couldn't really find much the men's section was a little lack luster. My daughter found a few things. We may go back every once in a while; but in the same way we hit the thift stores not as a destination.

Tried this location multiple times for selling name brand clothing and the experience was worse each time. The women employed there have disgusting attitudes. I strongly suggest finding a different location if you are trying to sell items as well as profit. 0 stars if possible.
