Staff is always super nice and helpful with all things dogs & cats. 🐈⬛ 🐕 Love that they offer same day delivery when you spend over $50 makes life easier when you get busy. They also run a ton of sales & have a loyalty program. Diggle always loves to visit Hollywood feed with me and always get great cat tips. Thanks Hollywood Feed!

I have been going to Hollywood Feed in Lee's Summit for over 1 1/2 year now. The staff is amazing! They are always helpful and friendly. They deserve 5 stars every day! I am a little concerned about a couple of recent changes that have taken place this year. One is the elimination of the dog wash punch cards. These cards were great for me, as I have a working dog that is required to be bathed frequently. It was so nice to be able to purchase a card, and get 5 washes before I had to make another purchase. It was also a nice way to reward those who use the facility frequently. Also, last week when I was in, I noticed that the shampoo that was available was watered down, and in my opinion, worthless. Even with shampooing twice, my dog didn't have the clean smell and soft coat that I have come to expect. Please bring back the items you have changed/eliminated for the dog wash. These items differentiate Hollywood Feed from other competitors and help make your facility the preferred dog wash in the area.

Hollywood Feed has provided my two labs the best nutrition, crunchy treats & fun toys. I can always look forward to positive store interaction every single trip. Not only do they care for my labs they’re always caring for my family.

LOVE IT HERE! It’s a bit pricey in comparison to other ethical pet stores in the metro, but the staff are lovely and they have a good treat selection. The employee took a polaroid of my pup and doted on her the entire time I checked out. I love popping in here whenever I’m in Lees Summit.

Very helpful employees. They know their products and are always ready to thoughtfully answer my pet questions
I like that they also help out by distributing my pet’s used items (in good condition) to shelters that can use them to brighten the lives of their shelter babies.

I recently stopped into Hollywood Feed for this first time. I was greeted by a staff member immediately and they asked if I needed help finding anything. I needed several items and wanted to browse the store, so I decided to decline the assistance. Once I had the items I needed, Renn was my sales associate. Renn was incredibly helpful, and even gave me some samples of some different foods to try for our very picky older dog. Renn made me feel more like a friend than a customer. I would come back again.
