Bought a 6 ton jack. never used it. Took it back same week. they would not take it back. Posted same review on Google. Lee's Summit MO store will not accept returns for unused 6 ton jacks. Oct 29 around 4:45 pm. See lame response on Google. Crafted by a millenial tech. Lame Response below from Google...yep they won't accepts returns... steer clear. Walmart, Oriely and Amazon would not blink an eye and take it back. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, James. Full of attitude and no inventory. I always try to shops local but I have come to realize with the lack of Professionalism and knowledge of advanced auto parts sales associate Gabe and in addition they have to order an Oil Filter that fits my 2017 Nissan anyway it is just easer to order on line and it is cheaper for better quality and about the same delivery. …To my door

I went in to order a new switch for my window (that wouldnt ho up) and not only did I get the new switch ordered, but the guy helped me get my window up. I'm so grateful!!!! thank you so much!!
