Nari does an amazing job and nailed it ;) for what my 11 yr old wanted! Vee is also amazing — both ladies do a great job with their level of detail and making sure to take their time to get your nails exactly how you want them!
Cleanliness: The salon is clean, comfortable and relaxing.
Stylist: Nari and Vee are both awesome and take pride in their work!

not sure who the wax lady was in there on 4/17 but she rushed on my brows, and once i left i noticed that both of my eyebrows looked completely different, she took way too much hair off the beginning part of my left eyebrow and made my right eyebrow shorter at the top, it looks horrible, I also payed $15 for that, and gave her a tip, i wish i noticed how bad they looked before i left, not like she could have fixed it because the mess was already done, she needs better training and to take her time because doing someone’s eyebrows is not something you should rush on, especially for $15. Now im gonna have to draw my brows in on my left brow until it grows back. I will not be coming here for any service again.

Prices are ridiculous here! Went in just for gel polish on toes. No trim, no polish to remove, literally just polish. Was charged $60 for my daughter and I. We were rushed in and out in 7mins max. They only did one coat of polish on my daughter. For that kind of price make the experience at least enjoyable. Then they argued that they had soaked off polish that we previously had.. really when we were out in under 10 mins! Again, nothing was on our toes prior. Prices are not posted anywhere. I remember why I stopped coming here before. I was never consistently charged the same price. What a joke of a place. I recommend going to Foxy nails. I will continue with them in the future. You know up front what you are getting and they take their time with you. Nails are filed and clipped with their polish service.
Edit: to respond, you returned $10 after arguing with me. My daughter has never been the same price as mine and again make the service enjoyable not rushed.

First off, Tammy is great! Been going to her for years, but unfortunately won’t be back to Nailtoepia. This place has gone down hill quick! They can’t figure out how to schedule appointments correctly. Always on the wrong days or for the wrong times. Then when you show up, they can’t get you in and everyone else is “booked for the rest of the night” stinks to have to find a new nail lady due to the location she’s at!

The quality is always good. They always know what I want and make it look really good. The vibe is always good. All the salon people are very friendly. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable.

I absolutely love this place, I always go to Tony, he does such a fantastic job every time! Place has a decorative, tidy, and cozy atmosphere. Chairs are soft and comfortable. There is a plethora of different colors, styles, and techniques that I've had the pleasure of experiencing, I've got an appointment today, and I'm looking forward to it!

Horrible experience! $30 dollars for a 15 min pedicure. I could have done a better job myself in the shower. Needless to say my wife and I will not be returning.

First of all, this is only the second time in my adult life that I have wrote an actual negat review. The only reason that I am writing this review is because of the owner, Tim. I called today to explain how my nails are cracking the very next day and Tim asks me a million questions about what the nail tech did wrong. I told him that I didn't know and he should ask her. He said that she was gone, so I said maybe he can call her. He continues to tell me how it needs to get taken care of quickly and that they are open until 7:30 and he told me that I don't work until 7:30, so I should be able to come in and not wait two weeks. I also told him that it would not be two weeks. I explained how I am a teacher and have a lot going on the last week before the holiday break and prefer to come on my normal day, Saturdays. I continue to remind him repeatedly that it should simply be an apology and that they will fix it as opposed to me getting the third degree about what happened to my nails less than 24 hours of the service, and I've never called with an issue before, being a loyal customer. I continued to tell him that I normally don't come during the week days due to my schedule, but that didn't seem to matter to Tim.
I will highly recommend that you ALL try other professional and client friendly nail salons because there has to be Nail Salons that are more appreciative of loyal customers. I should have never had to go through all of the questions and telling me when I should come in when I can't for a botched job on my nails!

Tim, The whole point is that I could not come on the days that you were persuading me to come. That's why people make appointments. You started to say that j was yelling when I wasn’t. You continued to ask me what she did wrong, and I told you that I didn't know. Again, all you had to say is. “I apologize and you can come back when you can. It took me saying that three times for you to say that, and it still was in a rude way as if I personally did something to you or the nail tech. I really didn't need for the service to be FREE. I perfectly understand that nail techs have different levels of experienceand expertise. My nails were not broke like I explained! I get dippedans explained that they were chipping the very next day. I really just wanted you to know. Like I said, I was going to come back anyway and schedule with Z, but you were being extremely rude and telling me about my work hours when you have no idea about my work hours. You continued to say that you close at 7:30. Very unprofessional and rude! I am the customer, never called before with a problem, and your only concern was and still seems to be for the nail tech. Again, rude! Your nail tech got paid, so there is no unfairness to her, only to me, the paying client. Therefore, it's more unreasonableto to ask or continuously persuade the client to come in when we can't, so put yourself in the paying customer’s shoes.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to Kenny(sp) and I love my nails. The 1st visit I went to get my previous acrylic soaked off and get a basic manicure. My nails were so weak he suggested a dip instead to help my nails remain strong while growing them out. I picked out a sparkling pink and felt so pretty. This time I got a soft coffin shape with a natural dip and CHRISTmas design. Put an instant smile on my face.
