Being a disabled retiree it was proving to be a drain on my monthly expenses AND I was already on their so called 55unl plan that started at $40 only to be charged $58 and the service was continuously horrible. Dropped calls, email coming late, text not working. The day I called 911 and it wouldn't go through was the camel. I explained my situation to the staff at Cricket in Lee's Summit and immediately was offered a huge MONTHLY discount for low income customers that was TRUE. Better service all together, fabulous phone and service I couldn't believe! Staff actually took TIME and set my phone up for me , literally and it took some time.Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!Wink nod wink, I'll be in soon again with your goodies.??”

As soon as I was up to the register the accociate was ready to help me just switch my auto pay information in a quick and friendly manner. I have great service at a very reasonable price. I don't really see myself using another cell provider. 5 stars.”

“Nae L at the Lee's Summit T-Mobile is wonderful! Definitely recommend seeking her out. Went in because my kid's phone stopped charging, thinking we were going to have to get a new phone. Nae took a few minutes to clean out the charging port and fixed the problem for us. Saved us a couple hundred dollars. Thank you Nae!”
