I've always found them to be very helpful, no matter what questions I'm asking, what circumstances, etc. They also provided me a Notary free of charge and answered questions about my mortgage.

Worst home buying experience I have ever dealt with in my life. One of their finance lenders therein the bank is a complete joke and completely unprofessional. We are first time home buyers and never had anything ever discussed or shown to us regarding the necessary steps that would take place. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, Customer Service (lack thereof), mistakes made left and right on paperwork we were signing, lack of research on potential properties, and the final straw was the constant excuses as to why something went wrong and not closing on the deal in the allotted time. Please do not do business with this bank.
