Terrible bank. The mobile app is complete trash, customer support is complete trash. 1 star rating is too high for this pile of garbage you call a CU. I’d rather use a loan shark than this place.

I would like to start this out by saying thank you kelly(I believe that's the spelling) and her supervisor (sorry can't remember the name). I have been having a difficult time trying to fix a typo so I could register my car, because the loan was done through MCCU. A lot of dead ends when I called, but as soon as I stepped into this location these two knew what to do and how to fix it. They had the error fixed in a few minutes unlike over the phone which started to take months. Kelly is nice and very good at what she does.

In an old rarely used account an auto debit began attempting to get funds. Each time MCCU declined the transaction costing us $28 each attempt. MCCU let our account go extremely negative on fees alone then closed our account. Have banked here for 15 years. In the best customer service possible I was told this did not matter. In the end you are just another number in another algorithm. Do not believe the local + community vibe.

Been with this bank for years, ups and downs but have always paid them and made a weekly deposit, paid off loans you name it never once left myself in a bad standing.Really needed a courtesy today on a transaction asked Denise in accounting - she said no. I didn't have it in me to ask her for her supervisor as she had me frustrated. I was actually pretty shocked, they collect overdraft fees from individuals who are going through hardship and could care less. It was the nature of her tone, I will be changing my bank soon. The very reason I went to a credit union in the first place was so I felt I was getting grade a customer service. Rules are rules I get that I over-drafted i will start watching closer I could buy a used car with these fees they have charged me through the years they won't give it back don't even ask! Not a valued customer, please don't contact me as you are going to resolve, it is what it is at this point I have been made to feel like a nuisance instead.

I love this credit union, their staff and tellers! ❤️❤️❤️ I have had positive experiences and wonderful customer service with them! I have been a credit union member with them since 2018. I would definitely recommend them for your financial needs & services!

Credit union is fine if you live in the area but online banking is spotty and they've just spammed me for over a week to leave a review so here you go pls leave me alone now.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had. Months of no call backs. No emails. Kept me in the dark about my loan payment. Don't choose this CU over any other in town, even if they give you a good rate. I've had better customer service from my cell provider.

Unfortunately,this credit union is not equipped for a Pandemic. They offer no electronic identity verification. There solution was to show up to the bank or drive-thru and expose their staff to Covid-19. Or you can send a letter in the mail and a copy of your ID. In the meantime, my son can't do any online banking. However, the staff is usually very friendly and professional.

I have banked with Missouri Central Credit Union for 14 years. I have been with them through many different life phases, with many unique situations and Glenna and her entire team have gone the extra mile for me every time. I am so grateful for the small bank feel that you do not get with bigger banks.
