Went in the store to pay my son bill code was sent to my son I called my son to get the code to pay his bill. The guy was trying to get me to get a tablet cause he said the account qualified, I said no thanks.I put my card in the machine he pulls out his phone take a pic of the computer screen.I said why did you take a pic, He said I thought it wasn’t gonna go through and I was going to text someone,He turned around the phone to show me his screensaver but I seen him go to his camera even got close to the screen to take the pic while my card was in the machine.Customer service didn’t won’t to talk to me until I told them I was making a review and making a police report.

They always seem pretty understaffed so I didn't mind my wait time. As soon as I was up to the register the accociate was ready to help me just switch my auto pay information in a quick and friendly manner. I have great service at a very reasonable price. I don't really see myself using another cell provider. 5 stars.

I was in the store 3 times in the past 2 weeks.Only 1 person was working, so we had to wait a while for service. Customer service level was dependent on who was working. Be careful, as we were unable to get a printed receipt, showing exactly what we paid for, as we switched service to them and got a couple of new phones. So I am still unsure of what we actually paid for. They added insurance to our plan, which we did not want. We were able to go back in after a week or so, and get the plan we are on switched, and the insurance taken off. I have noticed during the past few days, that sometimes my mobile data doesn't seem good. But otherwise the phone service seems to be working well.

We ate at RC's Martin City, new owners, the food was not good and of course prices are higher, everything sized down country fried steak was smaller & 20.00, charged .75 cents for sour cream on a not cooked through baked potato, we will not go back & we miss old ownership ruined a good place to eat

Horrible Service!! I am officially leaving Metro after this! My phone stopped working and would not power on. Went to the store on 291 to see my options with a new phone or replacement. Store rep told me there is nothing he can do if I don't have my 8-digit pin. Tried serval combinations when he called customer service. Asked for my Driver's license upfront stating customer service required it making comments abouts how 2 years isn't that long ago, and I should remember the pin. After no success with my attempts at this pin i asked if it could be reset. He stated a manager would have to come in to physically look at me and my ID to reset the pin. Only to call customer service myself and they told me to simply reset at the store. Horrible experience!

Great customer service and very helpful!!! But I was charged for the wrong plan after I specifically told him what plan I wanted and he added insurance but didn't ask if I wanted it.

Mike was absolutely outstanding. He fixed my plan so they all matched. Made my 4 lines completely affordable a lot cheaper with a lot more benefits. I definitely recommend if you are having issues with your metro PC phone contact him. Mike will contact the people personally and make it right for you.
