My fiancé just left there and said his experience left him with a bad taste in his mouth. His pants were up to his shins, and then his shirt was poofy. And when he told the gal with the blue hair who was helping him that his shirt was poofy and fit weird she suggested “wearing something he already has” and then she was questioning his choice for all black for our wedding. Which was a choice we both made. So, customer service could be a lot better obviously. Our wedding is next week, so hopefully they get his suite to fit him the way it should when he goes back.

That was the first time I have ever gone into a Men's Wearhouse and nobody even spoke to me. I even asked another lady if someone was helping her and she said no. They have lost my business.

We had the worst experience I can image at this place. Only one employee was actually helpful, and pleasant to a speak with regarding our wishes for the suit we wanted. It was all downhill after that first visit. The male manager was rude, dismissive, and seemed offended by our request to have the suit altered so that it would actually... you know ... fit. If that wasn't bad enough, they have 15 year olds working there. I'm all for young people learning valuable work/life skills, however, this young man was so full of himself that he talked over me the whole time I was trying to explain what we wanted changed on the suit while trying to convince me that I was wrong. The other teenager literally shoulder checked me as he walked past me in the dressing room area. I'm a woman. I have no clue who the heck is running this place but they need help. At one point they put another man in the same dressing room where my fiancé's custom suit (pants, vest, shirt, and tie) was hanging while he stepped outside the room to show me the jacket. It looked like they were setting him up to try it in as an option. Our final visit to the store ended with a conversation with a seamstress who probably should have no contact with customers. The price of a new suit seems reasonable up front, but we would have happily paid more to go somewhere more professional had we known what we were in for. Serious attitude problems all around. Rude, dismissive and disrespectful behavior toward customers for no apparent reason. I even kept my cool after being shoulder checked. This place just needs to be shut down until they can replace 99% of the staff. It doesn't even feel safe to be there.

I had the pleasure of working with Will at Men’s Wearhouse in Lees Summit, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Will’s customer service skills are exceptional. He’s not only highly knowledgeable about fashion trends and colors but also takes the time to listen to your specific needs and preferences.Men’s Wearhouse is truly fortunate to have someone like Will on their team. I also want to wish him the best of luck with his baseball endeavors at Ottawa and all his future adventures. Keep up the fantastic work, Will! ???

Very helpful in picking out a tux. Makes the process very easy for setting up groomsmen to get fitted

Bought my first suit. The man that helped was spot on. I was very impressed with the knowledge and service he provided. If I ever buy another suit I'll be back. I guarantee it! ???

After returning twice to get the final fitting of our tux ( they ordered the wrong coat ) I was told that I owed .13 cents when I asked why and let them know it was paid in full at the first fitting 2 months earlier , they couldn't explain the charge but would not let me leave until I was charged the .13 cents . Then when we were getting dressed at the wedding venue come to find out they forgot to pack my grandsons pants in with the tux . We had to go to Wal-mart and buy a pair of black pants .

The groom didn’t have a shirt. The best man had pants that didn’t fit and a giant stain on the coat. Next groomsman had his suit delivered to the wrong store and the cherry on top no one had the right color pocket square.“Your going to like the way you look, I guarantee it”

Sad… walked in and there are 4 workers standing around, no one sad welcome in, no one asked can we help you with something, nothing at all. They kept talking among themselves. A different gentleman walked in as I was looking around and the workers stopped all conversation to greet him, and asked did he need anything. I refuse to spend money in a place that can’t offer at least sub par service to all customers not just customers that look like themselves.

Whatever happened to customer service? Came to pick up a tux for prom. Scanned the code at the door for the waiting list. The website wouldn't load so went to an associate. She tells me to walk to the opposite side of the store and step outside to see if that works. Rather than be a human and take my name or deal with their faulty connection, I get to walk back across the store to get service. The best part? Once it finally worked, I am queue position 1. But wait, there's more! The same girl had mismeasured the tux, jacket sleeves 2" too short. So hey, come back in about 45 minutes so we can fix our mistake. Not sure where any of this rental is worth $300.

Great place to get fitted for prom or a special event. Was very busy, even with an appointment we had to wait 45 minutes, but but service was great.

Still the worst men’s warehouse in Kansas City, associates are always unorganized when time for pickup. Would recommend driving to the OP location for rentals.

They fitted my husband for a suit (best man at his brothers wedding). The suit shirt, vest, & jacket were a poor fit. Really disappointing. Can’t say they were the friendliest staff either. I get slightly irritated when I look at the wedding photos & his suit is obviously too small.

My daughter chose Mens Wearhouse for her wedding party. The individuals who did the measurement took very little time to do the actual measurement. The quality of the suits and shirts were subpar. The grooms father's suit jacket, my husbands pants, and the grooms shirt were too small. One of the groomsman had a stain on the back of his shirt. One of the groomsman's pants were about three inches too short., If you want quality in fit, service, material, and style, don't use Men's Wearhouse.
