Needed my truck repaired after a small collision and chose Mccarthy to do the work. I was told it would take about 2 1/2 weeks due to OEM parts availability as a result of the GM strike. Well, exactly 2 1/2 weeks later , my truck was done!! They did a very good job restoring my truck to it's original condition. However, as I was driving home, I noticed some stains on my seat, that I know were not there prior to dropping off my truck. I went back to the dealership and contacted Caleb, the service rep. He immediately took my truck to the detail department and had the seat cleaned. The next day, I noticed that the stains were still there and went back to the dealership. The service manager was present and took my truck back to detail to have the seat cleaned again. The stains never came out. Contacted Caleb again and was told they would order a new seat cover. Waiting to hear back from them. I will try and update this review once the seat cover has been replaced. Mccarthy would have gotten 5 stars if the bodyshop would have been a little more careful while doing the work.

Had brought my car in October 18th for a deer accident, which I was promptly told that they "were itchin for something to work on". The first week or so of updates texts seemed to show nice progress. I got a text saying my car was ready for paint by October 27th, but then told on November 1st that a new hood arrived damaged, the due date got postponed until the 15th of November. which pulled me out of my rental car agreement. When I asked to speak to a manager about a possible assistance for either a loaner or rental they said the "manager would call me", as of the 22nd of November he has yet to call me. car was still in line for paint as of November 15th with no updates. November 20th i had to call because there was no update on painting and we were getting close to thanksgiving, they said it was at assembly but gave no updates on if it was assembled until i called on Wednesday morning which they said it was going through post diagnostics, and when i called at noon on 11/22 they said it was in clean up and test driving/quality control and i should be able to have it by that evening. I requested to speak to a manager AGAIN and was told they would leave a note. I am writing this on the day before thanksgiving, with no update on if the care was finished and ready for pickup and no manager has called me. I will update this accordingly but for now i cannot suggest this to take a car to, and if the painting of the car has dirt under it like the last time I took my car there i might not see my car until January at this rate. UPDATE: i received a call the day after thanksgiving from the manager Tim and he helped resolve the issue as best we could, i got my car that same day and we noticed a few issues with the hood and the fender not being flush or fully aligned, the offered for me to bring it back in on Monday to get it fixed, i brought it back in and they were able to get the hood aligned but apparently because they are after market and not OEM parts they will not be able to be flush.

WOW! McCarthy made my car look better than new! Thank you for going above and beyond for me. I loved being able to turn my rental in to you instead of juggling returning it and picking up my car at the same time. Loved your friendly and competent staff so much. If I need a collision center again, it will be McCarthy.
