No happy at all with this company I pay for a warranty for my car and still just had to come out of $700 dollars and when I called and asked to talk to a supervisor they couldn’t put one one the phone I am really pissed off right now. What am I paying for? I am really wanting on someone to talk to. And the supervisor was very sarcastic when he called back I will never do business with this company again

Highly DO NOT recommend MBPI….they will do everything in their power to weasel their way out of covering the extended powertrain warranty they offer….took my car to a GMC dealership and spent a year doing a oil consumption test that proved my engine failed and needs replaced but MBPI made sure they will not even come look at it unless I pay thousands of dollars to have the engine tore down…..they are scammers and sell warranties they never intend to honor…..I’ve had my car two years only and owe thousands of dollars still…..crazy that consumers are abused my money hungry companies that will do anything to make a buck…..shame on you MBPI you are a terrible company who deserves to be shut down…..I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau…..trust all these bad reviews and run if a MBPI warranty is offered to you and go with another company for you extended car warranty…..Extremely unsatisfactory company that will just take your money and find every way possible to not help you when you need them to honor a warranty they provided…..thumbs down and zero stars!!!!

Bought a vehicle 4 months ago from a dealership. spent thousands of dollars on an extended warranty. Engine blew on this vehicle that we bought for our daughter. here we are a month later, and MBPI is still jacking us around. had the vehicle towed to a different dealership from where we bought it, and that dealership has called this warranty place a 100 times and keeps getting the run around around. an inspector eventually came out out and said we would have an answer in one to two days. it’s now been 4 days and no freaking answer. it’s about time to involve my lawyer. we don’t have an extra vehicle for my college student to drive, but they don’t care. they continue to jack us around and not uphold their end of the deal. never again will I do business with them, as they are shady.

I have read some of these reviews and I'm just beside myself! I purchased a warranty 2 years ago from MBPI. Unfortunately, I've had my Ford Escape in the shop several times. EVERY single time MBPI paid for the repairs with NO questions asked. I have worked with 2 of their adjusters (Dennis & Austin). Each time they were PATIENT and very PROFESSIONAL. I recently spoke to Jason in Claims, when I experienced a MAJOR mechanical issue with my motor. AGAIN, I was felt at ease being told ALL parts AND labor would be paid for. I still have 10,000 miles left on this AWESOME warrant policy. So far MBPI has paid out about THREE TIMES what I paid for the warranty policy with NO hesitation. This warranty company is the real deal!!! (Ron Parrish)

Bought the warranty was given half of the actual contract paperwork from the dealership when my engine blew up I went through the proper channels to get my car repaired under warranty they sent an inspector out to the mechanic only to tell them to remove the engine head before they could say if they would cover the repairs. Had the mechanic do so only for them to not send another inspector out and just denied coverage and I was stuck with not only the bill from the mechanic but also having to fix the car myself going on a year without a car don’t ever buy the warranty from mbpi they’re helpful up until they hear the repair cost then they leave you to deal with it

I recently had a major repair issue on my Ford Edge engine. I initially expected a challenge in dealing with a warranty company for the issue, especially expecting that it would be a significant repair/cost of a claim. I was fortunate to work with MBPI and specifically Jason Gibson. He was immediately helpful and gave me a great overview of the process and what I could do on my end to ensure a smooth claim. He quickly changed my perspective on the issue and while it is never fun to be without wheels for any length of time, I am grateful to have worked with Jason and MBPI for my claim.

I was between a 4 and a 5 here, because it did take a little bit of time and some back and forth to get a claim approved. I will go with a 5 solely because of Dennis V. He took the time to actually dig into my claim and realize that the dealer used the incorrect wording, and eventually got my claimed approved. Very thankful for his support, and made me feel much better about my warranty purchase.
