I guess I have been a member for over 30 years at Mazuma credit union. The staff here at this location is wonderful and have always helped me with all of my needs. My car’s in my home have been finance through this facility and they are great.

I want to go on notice how helpful and personal this branch for Mazuma is. I’ve been a member for over 30 years and Karlene Ricketts have serviced me and my family on several services. She is very knowledgeable of the products offered and takes the opportunity to inform the members re: new and current products. She has empathy for the members and makes difficult times less stressful through her words of encouragement. I would like her to be recognized as a great and loyal employee.

I went to Mazuma Credit Union to get some advice on interest rates, thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Ms. Karlene was patience and explained the different interest rates they offered. Definitely better than a bank! Customer Service was great!! I will definitely use Mazuma Credit Union on my next purchase. Thanks again for the advice .

I can not say enough good things about this particular Mazuma branch. I have been with Mazuma for numerous years and choose this location over several other closer locations because the genuine compassion and care that clearly shows in their service! The branch manager Memori is unlike any individual I have ever met in any customer service situation and should be greatly cherished for the amazing job she does! Thank you ?

I like the Lees Summit West office every time l go there everyone is very friendly. Karlene helps me with IRA withdrawals she is very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. If she’s not there her manager Memori helps me. I go thru drive thru and they are very nice and give fast service. I will continue to use that office l feel comfortable with them.
