“Excellent service, delivery was ontime and the delivery guys were perfect. We purchased the king latex bed. Huge difference sleeping the first night, slept great. And you can flip it. Sleeps cool. Our last 3 mattresses were from furniture mart and twice the price and only last 5 yearsWould much rather spend my money local.”

“I have been a repeat customer of Crowley Furniture several times now. I don't know if our salesperson was being extremely pushy because that is the way she is, or if it is because Crowley may be pushing her to be pushy, but when she approached us when we walked in, we told her we were just looking, but if we needed her, we would come find her. She said ok and went away (or so we thought) the first time we sat down in one of the furniture groupings, and here she comes, "oh that's a nice piece blah blah blah , it can come in many different fabrics and clolors, blah blah blah. Can I write this up for you"?No thanks we are just looking, we'll come find you if we need you.She did this with every grouping we went to. We finally just walked around with us because we were tired of trying to shoo her away.Once we found what we needed, she went up to the counter to write up our ticket. I excused myself to go use the restroom, when I came back, I told her "We have an account already open with you."Her reply was "So you don't want to put it on a major credit card to save paying tax"?Since I was just returning to the conversation after using the restroom, I turned to my husband and said "have you two already discussed how we were going to pay this"?He said "No".Then the Salesperson spoke up "Remember I told you about it when you first walked in"?First of all, I wasn't paying attention to anything she said when we first walked in because we clearly told her we didn't need her help at that time.I almost got up and walked out.All I have to say is, if we come back in the future and are hovered over we will not be purchasing from you again.”
