Dr. Gershon and the entire staff are unprofessional and border line illegal. He is the type of doctor that if you don’t do every word he says he won’t treat your child. I don’t even know how he calls himself a doctor. He just pushes the insurance companies agendas. Horrible! Don’t trust your kids health here.

Horrible experiences, not sure why we even tried to go back! First experience years ago was a doctor with absolutely horrible bedside manner towards my then 8 year old and unprofessional front desk staff. That was years ago, went back recently for my youngest and front desk staff are still rude and cold, the policies are outdated and violate the oath to do no harm- parent beware! They will lie to your face and do not respect parents wishes or decisions on informed consent. We have now found Redwood Pediatrics and it is NIGHT AND DAY better. I would never recommend Community Choice to anyone.

So far so good. All of the staff have been pleasant and welcoming. Very good interactions with myself and the kids ? Dr. Dyson took her time, explained everything she was speaking about, did a thorough exam ??, asked my opinion of things, and was very pleasant. My only negative is that I wish the staff would state their name when interacting with you so that you know exactly who they are, but other than that we’ve had two wonderful visits. The facility is nice and clean, well decorated for the kids, and very spacious. The parking is excellent as well.

One of the male doctors touched my son’s privates during his 7 year check up. First doctor to ever do this and made us all super uncomfortable and creeped out. Every other doctor just looks. No one has ever touched. Just wanted everyone to be aware. It’s not ok. And it’s not our only weird interaction with this doctor. We got stuck with him on an urgent care visit. The man is so unprofessional. It’s sick.

The wait time is just nuts and flat out rude. Have waited over an hour before even seeing dr for a scheduled wellness exam multiple times now. Long over due for going somewhere else.

My daughter had an appointment on Friday, we checked in and were told the doctor had left. They then checked her in as a walk in, only to get the doctor that was originally supposed to see us, but they could no longer do a physical only a sick visit. They tell us her diagnosis, and prescribe antibiotics. Get to the pharmacy today only to be told her doctor never called them in. This place has gone downhill fast.

We really like the doctors we have seen but this is quite possibly the slowest doctor experience you may ever have. With or without an appointment prepare to wait in the waiting room then you will be in the room waiting on your doctor for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Doctors are great. Admin staff is absolutely useless. You just get run around, getting conflicting directions. I ended up just going to Children's Mercy to get things done in time. What a waste.
