Nobody ever reached out about my prescription after my doctor sent it through. After waiting for days I called to check on the status and only then did they process the order and get it shipped to me. Now it will be almost two weeks before I get the prescription I needed ASAP. Wish I could have just picked it up myself.
EDIT: Lowering this even further to a one-star review. Apparently Lees Summit Pharmacy transferred my order to a different pharmacy without any communication which I only found out when I called to find out the status of my order. I was then “transferred” to this new pharmacy which immediately hung up without answering. So now I have no idea where my prescription is or how to get it. Please avoid using this pharmacy if you can, they are too disorganized to do proper business.

Seriously, wonderful service. The best pharmacy I've ever used and I love that they deliver to my home. They're great about reminders and really well organized. Could not ask for more.

Best customer service ever. So nice and helpful. They do sometimes not have everything readily available, but most prescriptions can be ready within 24 hours. They don’t have weekend or evening hours, but the customer service more than makes up for that. I use them as often as I can in spite of my insurance company’s preference.

The person who does inventory needs a nap, they are so tired they hallucinate of what is there and isn’t. “We have it in stock” but they don’t.

It did seem like it took my prescription some time to be filled, like 2-3 days after my doctor sent it. However, they seemed to have reasonable answers to my questions, which was helpful.

Unprofessional and not very helpful. When I came in there were three staff who just looked at me and didn’t seem to want to help. They said they called me about the order but I have no phone call showing on my phone. I wish that I didn’t have to use them.

I was excited to go to a local pharmacy but out f 5 times we needed to fill a prescription, only one time did they ever have meds for us the same day. When your feeling crummy or have bad infections you can't wait until Monday or next day for meds. I wish we had a better experience but transferring all meds to different pharmacy now. We've had issues getting meds almost every single time.

So I think the general manager of the pharmacy just delivered our rx to my door in all this snow... if I didn't misunderstand. I started to go get a tip for the delivery driver, but he wouldn't let me tip him saying he was just helping out today. WHAT IN THE WORLD? The general manager of the pharmacy? I love that the guy in charge values customer care enough to personally pitch in and make sure patrons get their scripts!!TEN STARS, not five.
