The staff treated us fairly when we sold them a car. However, we sold it to them on a Saturday and left it there, but the check wasn't ready until Wednesday. Had to return to sign the title, then told I did not need to. Received a call today that I need to return again because I actually do need to sign the title (it was in a trust). I live 16 miles from this dealership, and work 19 miles from it. A dealership should know how this needs to happen the first time. Good people; bad process.

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here and have had an outstanding experience. Great staff and reasonable prices. The BIG kicker is the lifetime power train warranty… I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Camry, a rock solid car with great reliability. I didn’t think I’d need the warranty, but thought it was a cool throw in. Fast forward to today, at 116,000 miles, the transmission died. For that car it’s a $5,000+ repair. Because of the warranty I only need to pay a $500 deductible to get the transmission replaced. This was an absolute lifesaver! I’ll definitely keep buying my vehicles at Lee’s Summit Honda!

John in the service department is our go to guy. He has always treated us very well. He even went and got my moms car for her so she didn’t have to walk. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again John!

This place was not good! Stay away. Bought my car CERTIFIED Honda 182 point inspection. Didn't get any floor mats, they are on backorder. Within a month of buying this car, a lug nut had fallen off the car. It is a 22 honda passport eliete. I called the dealership (the sales manager) about this and was told that my salesman would reach out to me to replace the lug nut and to check the other ones on my tires. I made the call 2 weeks ago, and no one reached out to me! I went to a parts store and had to buy one for 6 dollars. I feel i bought a 43000 dollar lemon. I will never buy a car in Missouri or from this dealership again

Lee's Summit Honda service is Superior! After purchasing my vehicle I have returned for service at this location several times! The service department , specifically SUMMER, has been a fantastic experience. Summer knows her stuff and I am in and out without any issues and a vehicle well serviced.

Had scheduled oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. Amanda R was my advisor and was welcoming and knowledgeable. She listened well and answered my questions. When the tech found my an oil leak from valve gasket cover, Amanda submitted through manufacturer warranty and was fixed same day. They had the part and was told would be 2 hours. Called an hour later and all done. Amanda also remembered to update something on my account that I requested upfront. I would gladly work with L.S. Honda and Amanda again.

Repeated problems with this dealership texting my phone even when the service advisor said he sees 'do not text' all over our account page! My wife specifically told him when she brought the vehicle in for service, and he specifically said he sees 'do not text' on the account page! Yesterday he claimed he called and left message in the morning. There was only one call from him (no message) at 3:44 PM that I answered.This morning I get texted with an html survey request. I am on a non-internet flip phone, and I specifically request to NOT be texted each time we come in, and it is noted on our account. No matter how many people at this place say they will fix this, EVERYONE there ignores the simple, documented request!In short, these people do NOT give a crap about their customer's simple preferences for communication!

Called in to get my truck looked at. It took them over a month to get it into the shop.I have a lifetime warrenty and insurance so you'd think they wouldn't so long to even look at my truck. When it arrived they did virtually nothing and told me to bring it to a more qualified mechanic. when i did, this new mechanic at a completely different dealership got me in in three days. Honda wants to charge me daily for a crappy rental that cant even fit my equuiptment for work even though the trucks still under warranty. Sad Management, slandering other mechanics Like Dave Cross to my face, even though they sent me there after their own sad little techs can't even diagnose a Flat tire. XD

Our 2023 Honda Accord with 550 miles on it had the backup camera decided to go black & white. Was told the would need the car an entire day to troubleshoot and that offer NO loaners, only rental cars at $50/day.

I have use this service department for several years, and have always been very pleased. However I had a frustrating situation with routine oil change last week. I was called and informed of some brake repairs needing to be done, which was fine, but then was called again later, saying that the technician screening had missed another major repair that was leaking transmission fluid, and I would have to pay a significant additional cost to get this repaired as well. I noted that I understand and agreed to have the repairs done. Then, unfortunately, within five minutes of leaving after that significant cost and time, my tire pressure light came on. I called once again, frustrated due to the experience and another inconvenience. I was treated with respect and kindness, and the situation was resolved quickly. The service department on the phone and in person having to go back at end of day was extremely kind, with the exception of my individual service provider who was very abrupt and borderline rude. In the service, I also had my key fob battery replaced and unfortunately it stopped working again. So I went back again for a third time and was met with abrupt rudeness by the same service technician. I asked to speak with someone else, and he rudely said “I just couldn’t hear you but you can talk to my manager”. The manager was extremely kind and patient and uncovered that my key fob did not necessarily need a new battery but instead needed to be replaced. He was very understanding and kind and took the time to answer all my questions. I realize that mistakes will happen when it comes to service and the way that this manager and others in the service team handled the situation has been extremely professional and friendly, with the exception of the one service technician. I will request to no longer be working with that individual in the future, and would dissuade anyone else from working with him either. The rest of the team has been amazing and with this level of service and prompt handling of a frustrating series of mishaps, I do plan to continue my loyalty with my Honda vehicle service approaching 100,000 miles for its years to come.

I had come in here after a horrible experience with another dealership. Austen M was great, very friendly with a great sense of humor, and this dealership did not have hidden fees like so many others! When they found out we were pre-approved through our bank, they asked if we would give them a chance to beat the bank’s interest rate, and I’m glad we did because they beat it! We were able to afford a newer and nicer vehicle than we originally planned on thanks to them! I love my Pilot SUV and plan to do business with these guys again in the future!

I have been coming here for years, and have always thought service has been subpar. This past visit I was told about the typical air filter and cabin air filter, totaling +$130. I always tell them no, because I change them for a total of $45 down the road. I admit I don’t change them every time, but this time since we are going out of town I figured it is time.When I got into the car after service there was car grime/grease on the door and getting into the glove box for the Cabin Air Filter.After I got home and to the Engine Air Filter, I am missing a screw and two other screws the heads are snapped off. When I called they said I could drive back in to get them replaced, but couldn’t the mechanic be a little proactive about it?I used to love going to Lee’s Summit Honda, but now the service always seems like they want to run up your bill. Every time I’m in there I am told it will be $400 or more… And the actual dealership feels like a used car lot than a Honda Dealership.

I needed a key replacement. Unfortunately they were very busy and earliest appt was over a week away. But as soon as I arrived, they were very kind and helpful. Although I was told it would take 3 hours, they were done 45 minutes early. They also did a 16 point inspection, which put me at ease regarding my 14 year old car. When service writer left for lunch, he told me his supervisor would assist. Quite thoughtful.
