The physicians are thorough and knowledgeable but never pushy and let you decide how far you want to go with treatment.

My oldest son brought our family dog Meilo to his appointment however he said the customer service was great, all the staff's were friendly, and help him with all of his concerns.

Very good service. Love Dr Hamilton. He loved on my dog before giving him his shots. Then loved on him some more afterwards. They new I was short on time for my next appointment and got me out in time to meet it. This is now my 4th dog that they have cared for. An awesome staff.

My dog went in for his yearly shots and I took him home to get my son from school. When I got home 30 minutes later he was swollen on his face and breaking out in hives. I called the vet and they said to bring him back in before they closed so I headed up there with my son. We got in and they gave him another injection to help with the swelling, and said we could give him Benadryl at home to help with the swelling and then was released. Got a bill in the mail so I called since no one told me before coming in or while I was in the office that there would be an additional charge. If I knew that we would have just tried the Benadryl option and waited until the following day if he still was having issues. I called the vet to see if the charge could be removed since no one went over any costs with me they said no. I asked if they could speak with the doctor about it and call me back, they said they would. I never got a call back but now just got another bill in the mail. So just called and again there is nothing they can do so ended up paying the bill. I haven’t had issues with them in the past but I really don’t like how this whole situation went down.

Lees summit animal hospital is the only place I trust with my animals. They have been taking care of my pets for 20 years now. Everything from guinea pigs to my dogs and horses. Dr boch is the best I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take better care of my horses. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Would not recommend. Scheduled a rabies vaccination for 3 dogs. Did not tell me that they also charge for examination fees. If I would have known that I would have only done one pet, not all 3. $173 plus the $50 deposit! Very shady practice. Never coming back!! If could if zero stars I would!
