In almost 5 years, we have always had a great experience because they are caring and professional. Tomorrow, July 30, we have an appointment again for my mainecoon. She doesn't like us to brush and cut her nails, and now she has a madded purr. And I hope everything will be OK. I love my mainecoon so much so I hope you'll take good care of her again. Thank you

My cat had a canine tooth that I noticed was starting to fall out and causing him pain. Dr Mervin was able to get him in quickly for an extraction. Explained everything throughly when I brought him in and provided a cost estimate. Called me after xrays were taken to let me know that my cat actually had 8 other teeth that were rotting. Called me after they were done with the procedure to update me on how things went. When I came to pick him up, Dr Mervin showed me his xrays (before and after), explained post op instructions, provided medications. Very impressed!

Prompt, courteous & professional. A new lil pup love Dr V & had no problem with the doc or the tech (shots & all). Quick & easy, reasonably priced, highly recommend!

I had trouble getting in to my regular vet when my dog started limping. This clinic had me bring him in and leave him. The vet would check him in between surgeries. The vet called and explained what they found and what they would be sending him home with. The next day they called and asked how he was doing! My own vet never did that. I would highly recommend this vet.

I have taken all of my pets here for over 12 years. They used to be an awesome place to take my dogs, but ever since they moved to their new building and have new staff and new doctors the level of service and compassion toward you and your pets has greatly declined. This week was the last straw when I took a pet in for a teeth cleaning and they provided an estimate for dental work. The high end of the range was supposed to be based on what it would cost if my pet needed extractions and oral surgery (which he did end up needing). However, when they called with the cost it was 1/3 higher than the high end of my estimate. What are you going to do when they have your dog sedated and call to tell you what they need. You want to be a good pet owner so you cough up the money. It's like they hold you hostage knowing you need to take care of your pet. This is not the first time this has happened in this new facility. To top it off, the level of care and customer service I received regarding this situation was apprehensible. Unfortunately, I won't be taking my three dogs back to this facility again. It seems like all they care about now is getting as much of your money as they can to pay for their new building and employees. Not you or your pets.

I’ve been taking all three of my dogs here for a couple years. I highly recommend this veterinary office. they are not pushy. it’s never overly busy. everyone is friendly. and they take very good care of my pets.

Watch out! They will overcharge anywhere they can. They have not documented shots that were given to my dogs and then turnaround and say they’re past due. They also had my female dog down for a neuter which shows you how little they know about pets. I have been going here for two years and keep giving them another try but have decided to switch vets. Watch your bills closely and be prepare for your pet to come out of anesthesia very uncomfortable. They even told me my dog woke up during the surgery. I would never trust them with another one of my pets again.
