First off the closed my account without notice, drove and hour to make a deposit not knowing they did this. But before all that they always ask if I wanted my deposit amount receipt .. Of course or text because the drive thru is so slow. 10 minutes to make a deposit is crazy. Beware its horrible plain and simple .

DO NOT BANK HERE! CROOKS!! I have been cashing checks from a very long time account holder at this bank for YEARS. All the sudden they want to charge a FEE because I don’t have an account to cash a check that my bank won’t accept. First it was 2 dollars to cash it, then 2.75. Zero consistency! Not to mention, they charge a fee for the check he writes also! RIDICULOUS! Not to mention, manager took almost 15 minutes just to cash the checks. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

Regularly interact with the Lead Bank team for small business banking - from address changes to debit card questions to fraud alerts. It's great talking directly to friendly, knowledgeable staff who can assist immediately.

So let me give you the down and dirty about lead bank. I’m not a member and 10 minutes at the bank told me all I need to know. 1. Both associates I talked to had no idea what an ACH debit withdrawal was.2. Paperwork is for business only and they don’t have separate forms for personal banking even though they offer personal banking. Both associate could not explain what I did, or did not need to fill out.3. When opening my account they couldn’t pull money from my current bank and asked if I had cash on me to open the account.4. The overall attitude of both tellers was that of inconvenience and the excuse for everything was “we’re going through a pandemic”Really? A pandemic is why you don’t have proper forms or know how to open a new checking account?This bank is literally 2 minutes from my house and I won’t be using them since they can’t be bothered to create proper forms, train their representative on how to open new accounts and don’t seem to do anything in the virtual world. Terrible.

After a terrible experience at another bank...Lead Bank was a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is excellent. I go to the branch in Lee's Summit. The people that work there are friendly and accommodating. I am pleased and look forward to exploring more of what this bank has to offer. Thanks so much!
