I just love JC Penney. I shop there all the time and get all my kids clothes from there. Their sales are amazing. I just received a bed set from them from online which looks beautiful in my bedroom. The material feels amazing. Thank JC Penney

I love JCPenney. They have a great selection of big and tall, way better than most places. I nearly always find exactly what I want and then some more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if more places were like this.

Nice store but the checkout process is always incredibly slow. Also, it doesn’t make sense to open at 11–the rest of the shopping center opens at ten. I watched several customers check the doors then leave. Losing business because of late opening.

Found some good deals on men's big and tall I'm 6'3" with a twenty inch neck and they had stuff for me. No shoes bigger than a 12 in men's though. Some really good clearance deals and big selection for the average sized guy. Associates were helpful.

Very nice selection and the store is kept very nicely. I was surprised to find higher quality branded items at near Walmart pricing. The clearance items are an incredible bargain. If you're not shopping here, I recommend you at least come and browse the store and see for yourself.
