The product we purchased was great and the price was very reasonable at LL Flooring as it was on sale. The staff was also very nice. However. be aware of the Contractor they use. He was absolutely horrible to work with. If your floors are not 100% perfect underneath, I would recommend reaching out to another installer. The Contractor lied to us multiple times, strung us along for weeks and was disrespectful. We were disappointed that the staff did very little to help the situation they put us in.

Update 09/22/2023- finally this week after having the product needed for the installation delivered 2 months ago sitting in our garage waiting for installers to come back out, remove the defective flooring, put down leveling compound (what should have been done to start with), make sure the concrete was level before putting down the waterproof barrier and flooring. It took 2 days to complete and yes this team did a great job. The nightmare we went through to get LL Flooring to do something was the issue so I cannot in all good conscience recommend this company for flooring installation. Corporate office is unresponsive to our emails and phone calls. If we had not been persistent we would have been screwed. You must stay on them and not let up or they will keep putting you off.Oh the store employees are nice and helpful. The problem begins after purchasing "professional" installation services from LL Flooring. We purchased the amount of flooring, underlayment and glue that was recommended by the rep who came out to measure and check the concrete floor that the new flooring would be installed over. The flooring looks beautiful and had I believe 20 different patterns so when laid properly it would look like real wood flooring. The brand is DuraVana LVP.We picked up the product, brought it home and placed it downstairs ready for the installers. All furniture had been moved. The installer and his wife arrived that LL Flooring had contracted to install our flooring. My husband noticed right at the start that the installer was repeating patterns and brought it to his attention. Thankfully he saw it before the installer got very far. The other thing the installer was using was a hammer to beat the planks together. The instructions on the LL Flooring site and on the box of product states not to use a hammer. It is a floating floor that clicks together. After the flooring installation was completed, my husband and I walked downstairs to look at it. First thing we notice was popping and cracking as we walked across it. My husband called the store and was told to give it 2 to 3 weeks to settle down. That would make it around the first of March. Still no improvement- still cracking and popping when walking on it. The store sent us to customer service and we were assigned to Brandon Clark. He had the original installing company come back out to check and he agreed that leveling compound should have been used in certain areas. But still no resolution and response from Brandon. We have been emailing and calling for months trying to get a resolution. The manager gave us the name of another person at the corporate office to contact. That was a week and a half ago when he promised to call us by the end of the day or early in the week. William Mosely still has not contacted us. More of the same runaround. We contacted an independent installer to get a second opinion. He said the reason for the popping and cracking was due to the installer not using leveling compound where needed. We had one more installer come out and gave us the same opinion. Based on this and even the instructions on the LL Flooring website we believe this is an issue for LL Flooring to resolve. We can't have the floor popping and cracking every time someone walks across it. How long before the planks actually break and split? Then we will have another issue.LL Flooring will not respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint we filed. I guess next step is taking them to court. What choice do we have?I do not recommend using LL Flooring. Once you have bought the product and services you are screwed if you have an issue. The do not honor their warranty.
