I placed a special order for a dozen & half rolls for a company luncheon. The lady who waited on me when I arrived to pick them up was extremely rude. The minute I looked at them, I knew something was off. My daughter tried one and immediately said that it was nasty and tasted nothing like the Zorba rolls nor had the texture of the ones we're used to getting at the Liberty location.

Kenny Landry the Meat Manager was so helpful , I really appreciate him answering all my questions about what meat was tender, what kind I put in the Crock-Pot versus the oven, great customer service!!!!

Nice clean store, friendly staff. The hot food area it's wonderful and it is fantastic that they have a place one can dine in, plus they give you a real plate if you eat your food there.
Promotions are not readily available. There is a promo to get a free drink when you order a meal. The cashier doesn't know anything about it until you point out the sign right next to them. The drinks are not near where you check out, and you have to walk halfway across the store to find the drinks. Very disappointing.

I ordered my son a cake for his birthday, I ordered it over a week early. Asked for a 7” Spider-Man cake. Days later I came back to place an order for Spider-Man cupcakes. I needed the cupcakes in a 24hrs notice. They made it happen. They didn’t look the best but I figured it was cause of the 24hr notice. Today I went to pick up the Spider-Man cake. It looked the exact same as the cupcakes. I placed the order for this cake a week ago and it looks like no thought or effort was put into my cake. There is a Spider-man sheet cake in the display case that looks better than my custom ordered cake. I paid $27 for a cake that I literally could have made myself because they didn’t care about it. The sugar print that was thrown on top isn’t even flat. It’s all bubbly. Very disappointed. A SPECIAL ORDERED CAKE.

Terrible pharmacy. We went to the Lee's Summit MO today and those people at the pharmacy are idiots. They are incompetent on every level. They were so supposed to have a rx filled and they hadn't even started it. Then some lady told us it would be 3 minutes to fill it and end up being about 20 minutes. Stay they are stupid!

I was treated unequally by the Hy-Vee corporation and its employees and when I opposed the treatment of discrimination I was retaliated against by the employees and the security guard "Tammy". My money was checked for counterfeit two times and my white husband decided to attempt to purchase items from this public accommodation, and his money was NOT checked for counterfeit. I then opposed the discrimination and public humiliation and Tammy the security guard escorted me off the premises and shared with me her thoughts about my race in which she described me as an angry, accusatory and loud. I did not scream at any time while opposing the harassment and hatred, I never used any profanity while opposing the company and its employees unlawful discriminatory behavior and retaliation enforcement. I am a black woman. I video taped the entire unequal treatments of white customers, treatment versus a black customer unequal treatment. The Missouri Human Rights Act makes it illegal for places of public accommodation to deny access to or treat someone unequally because of an individual's race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, or disability.Places of public accommodation include places or businesses offering or holding out to the general public goods, services, privileges, facilities, advantages, or accommodations for the peace, comfort, health, welfare, and safety of the general public or such public places providing food, shelter, recreation, and amusement. - Section 213.010(15), RSM

We recently moved to the area, and have been looking around for a grocery store that we like. So far we have found three! I really like Hy-Vee for produce, frozen food and especially their meat department. I don't think I will buy meat anywhere else. The folks working the butcher counter are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful.I love that. There's also a liquor store attached to this grocery store.They have a very nice deli as well.We were able to buy some Chiefs items and Royals hats in the fan store inside. That was pretty cool.I think my favorite feature about this store is that they are all employee owned. That's awesome!

Love this location even though I live in Overland Park. Shelves are stocked, the store is clean & there are always plenty of cashiers. So far, this is also the Market Grille we prefer especially on Thursday Steak Special night. We also like the wine & liquor tastings. Ralph & crew in the liquor department are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I didn't live so far away, I would be here more often.
