I wish I could give Groomingdales 10 stars. They were so great with my cats, support informative, and very friendly. I felt like I was hanging out with a new friend while the cats got a day at the spa.

I love getting my dogs cut here! Very friendly staff and my pups always come out looking good and smelling fresh. I recommend them every time some one asks me for a spot to take there pups.

I was able to get an appointment a few weeks out which can be hard sometimes in the spring/summer, and with 2 labradoodles. They were very nice and the dogs cuts were great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have a German Shepherd and a Husky, and they bathe and brush them so well! They always smell so yummy, and everyone there is super sweet! My parents have taken their dogs here for years as well!

Beyond unhappy. They butchered my shelties backside and when I called to complain, I spoke to the groomer who was extremely rude! Even my daughter stated how disrespectful she was.

Great experience! We are first time owners of a goldendoodle so we weren't exactly sure how to have him groomed. They were patient with us, gave us advice and information, and were very gentle and loving with our fur baby. Very friendly staff, helpful...nothing but great things to say! We will definitely be back!

Veterinarian recommend this place and first-time customers for my purebred OES (Old English Sheepdog) pup and I'm glad we went. We travel from downtown KCMO and it was worth the drive! My pup is over the top with energy and the groomer and staff welcomed him with open arms. He was very comfortable there as if the place was familiar to him, that's what the amazing energy felt like there. When I pickup my pup he looked like a show dog! Just gorgeous!! Brooke didn't miss a beat with the service i requested. I was thoroughly impressed!! My pup will be a long-term customer for sure!! Thank you Groomingdale's staff, appreciate you!

Excellent place to get your fur-iend groomed! They are reasonably priced and didn't shave my doodle. They were friendly and made my doodle look like a doodle, not a poodle or a rat. Also, they gave her a nice punk rock flair... she came home singing Avril Lavigne all night. Would recommend!
