“They have the nicest staff and you can find almost anything there The people who worked with me this morning made sure that I had a choice of paper or plastic. I haven't seen that in years”
“I can not say enough good things about Hy-Vee in general... but this location is absolutely exceptional and so supportive of our local community!!! We are lucky to have you in our community!!!”

600 SE Oldham Pkwy, Lee's Summit“place is clean and employes are very fast, freindly and very professional. Especially Beth the beautiful day time cashier. She makes it worth my time to drive a little bit further to see her friendly face. They also have very fresh fruits and veggies the place is very clean and well stocked and most of all great prices this store is hands down my favorite go to place when i need to stock up on groceries”
“Kenny Landry the Meat Manager was so helpful , I really appreciate him answering all my questions about what meat was tender, what kind I put in the Crock-Pot versus the oven, great customer service!!!!”

560 NW Chipman Rd, Lee's Summit“Good grocery store overall. Smaller but also means you're not in there forever. Some good deals to be had, but not on everything. I hit them up weekly. Main cons: Some of the deal of the week produce I wish they would refrigerate. Last two times I went they seemed to be restocking shelves at a fairly busy time. (Like completely emptying an aisle with a pallet blocking it to restock). Wish that could be done before or after hours.”
“A super grocery store. They have everything-- lots of wonderful fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. It's like a place you go to visit when you're on a vacation because there's so much to see. And then you have lunch in their indoor food court.”
6AM - 11PM
937 NE Woods Chapel Rd, Lee's Summit“There is a Price Chopper 5 minutes closer to me, but this location is cleaner and the produce is high quality, so I almost always go here. I really appreciate the extra effort you guys put in here.”
“I really do not like self check for grocery stores. There is usually only 1-2 registers open and one is a 10 items or less lane. Otherwise, they have a great selection. I love that they stock Zevia soda.”
“Like the store really neat and I'm glad that they put a subway near my house cuz if it did not have one we would have to drive slightly a little further we will be back here again”
“I have shopped at this location many times. The employees are helpful and nice, the products are well priced, and the selection is excellent. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a Walmart to shop at.”
“The best pizza in Lees Summit. The only problem is they don’t show up on google and you can’t call in an order. I would eat this twice a week if I could call in an order.”
“I love to shop at Dollar General. The store is very organized and clean which is very important to me. When I cannot locate an item the staff always stop their work and show me where the item is located. Today I could not find epsom salt and the lady showed me where it was ...on a bottom shelf..then she asked me how many bags I wanted...they were heavy..and she put them in my basket...this is not unusual they are always helpful. I also like the variety of items . I enjoy shopping there.”

251 SW Greenwich Dr, Lee's Summit“They are always so helpful, take the time to speak with me or call me with questions. I really appreciate their time and customer service. Very happy to be using them.”
“Love the Chinese at Hyvee and highly recommend it. However, there seems to be confusion among the workers as to how the #1/#2 works. #1 is one entree. #2 is two entrees. Does a #1 mean 1 type of entree (eg Orange Chicken) or does it mean only 1 cubby gets filled with Orange chicken? Some workers only fill one cubby if you get a #1. Some workers fill both cubbies if you get a #1 and get only 1 entree type, eg sesame chicken for both. I've been told that a #1 means only one type of entree, and logically I can see how employees get confused and think it means only 1 cubby gets filled.”
“This place has really stepped up their game! Grateful for all they offer now, the cleanliness of the store and that I recognize the employees... because they are saying long enough to become familiar. Good job DG!”
“We recently moved to the area, and have been looking around for a grocery store that we like. So far we have found three! I really like Hy-Vee for produce, frozen food and especially their meat department. I don't think I will buy meat anywhere else. The folks working the butcher counter are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful.I love that. There's also a liquor store attached to this grocery store. They have a very nice deli as well.We were able to buy some Chiefs items and Royals hats in the fan store inside. That was pretty cool.I think my favorite feature about this store is that they are all employee owned. That's awesome!”
“Had something specific in mind for my son’s funeral and looked at Hyvee late in the day and clerk gave me the florist’s card and suggested I call or speak to her. When I went back the next day, the florist was making exactly what I wanted. When we got to the funeral home, I was astounded at how beautiful it was. Highly recommend Tamme Williams at Ward Road Hyvee in Lee’s Summit.”
“I am so glad I discovered this upscale grocer. The bakery is why I have made my way to this store and what keeps me returning. I will have to make a greater effort to explore the rest of the store and eatery. The service was prompt and excellent. The environment is clean and bright. And the bakery offers these outstanding cakes. 5" cakes and 8" cakes. The 5" are perfect for a small party and delicious. When I need a cake, this is my go-to place. In addition, McKeever has Tippins Pies. They have petifores and maccrons. We picked up a croissant, a scone, and a cheese danish in addition to the double mudslide cake. This is my go-to upscale grocer. I see that they offer online ordering and pick up. I am going to have to try that.”

301 NE Rice Rd, Lee's Summit“It's a decent enough place the only bad thing about it is the lack of Dr Bob. If you grew up on food stamps you likely lived off this particular knockoff soda and its become a core part of my life. Every time I come here it's a huge let down because I know that Dr Bob is not waiting for me on the shelves.”
“I overall like it me and my friends would go all the time and they did get a remodel and it looks way better they are getting better as employees to it was really bad before but has gotten better.”
6AM - 11PM
1000 NE Sam Walton Ln, Lee's Summit“Though you cannot expect much from a grocery store other then finding your items and that's all, this store is actually really good, at least for my convenience, most if not all things are all in stock for what I need, prices are very affordable and especially matters a lot for recent times, the store seems mostly clean. It's also being redone as of the time I'm writing this and it looks a lot better then it used to, and many of the employees there are nice, some may have exceptions but for who I've run into or needed help from, they've been very helpful and friendly. Only reason they don't get the full 5 is slow af checkout lines, even self checkout is sometimes slow unless the you go in before 10 or 11 AM, even the afternoon or past 9 pm can still be slow because they close most of the self checkout lines and it piles up a line of people waiting, had to wait like 5 mins to get to a checkout register at 10:20 pm one night in self checkout.”
“I am soo incredibly thankful for the cake that your bakery staff created for my babies first birthday. I went in just 4 days before my daughters party bc I had cancelled a cake order from Sam’s bc I knew I wouldn’t be happy with the design. I came in with intention to just get a smash cake ordered and some cupcakes and I am just blown away!!! Thank you!!”
“I like that they have cold diet cokes in a nice walk in fridge. Candy is cheaper than QT. The air costs 75 cents and it actually works unlike the QT free air. Looks like they have a revolving door of hourly workers but that's not my business. My only "complaint" is their 91 octane price is too high compared to QT. If they have to charge more than QT please buy 93 octane or sell 91 octane no ethanol. The fudge is gone but still lots of sweet treatz.”

“This pharmacy is fantastic. I have never had an issue here.
Chris, one of the pharmacy techs, is extremely kind and patient every time I go, even when it's busy and there's a long line inside and outside.
I know that pharmacy techs are dealing with a lot, especially with all of the medication shortages happening now, but Chris keeps a smile on his face and a very kind and welcoming attitude every time I see him.
Thank you, Chris!”

“I had a pickup order 2 days in a row at the Lee's Summit Walmart and Finley was professional each time. Sometimes the expectation of employees at Walmart is nonexistent but I witnessed this young man maintaining his cool in 95° weather while customers were sitting outside their cars waiting on their order. Someone even asked him if he was the only one working and he responded nicely and kept working.
Today, he offered to give me a different case of strawberries because some had fell out of the case. These small gestures make an impact and I definitely appreciated it.
I've been to this Walmart hundreds of times but felt the need to acknowledge this employee when I'm sure he gets a myriad of unfavorable personalities on a daily. Thank you Finley!”
“I finally found some vegetables that are similar to the vegetables in the Philippines. I will always go back. It's worth the price. Delicious organic products.”
