Had a problem with a scam situation from a fraudulent Geeksquad email. Called the real Geeksquad and paid for a service to clean my computer. It was a little difficult to understand the representatives accent, but he was polite and knowledgeable.

Evidently the store no longer answers their phone so all calls go to a global switchboard. Not really helpful.

This is the dirtiest walmart u have ever visited. The floirs were sticky and so dirty. Awful for the lication. I will not visit this location anymore.

Will never purchase a phone or shop best buy again. Bought a phone, paid for insurance for over 2 years, had an appointment drove over an hour to get phone fixed, geek squad "umm we dont replace screens, but it looks like your insurance expired, so the only thing you can do is either go somewhere and have it fixed, or buy a new phone." Yet they are still taking the monthly payment out of my account? ????

Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Just to have them tell me they will call me back hang up and never asked me for my phone number. I will never shop in this store again
