I graced the threshold of the salon twice, unannounced and unbidden, only to find myself blessed with swift and seamless service on both occasions. Two separate artisans attended to my nails, each possessing a rare and exceptional talent. This establishment has now become my sanctuary, my refuge for beauty and elegance. I wholeheartedly endorse this sanctuary of nail artistry to all who seek perfection.

I called ahead to make 2 appointments for 5:30 PM, I arrived and they let me know they had me down for 5:45 instead (ok no big deal). We were not seen at that time either, we continued to wait for another 30 min until we were serviced. The customer service was great, but our nails weren't. I asked for a short french tip with dip and this is the result. During my visit I communicated that one of the tips were crooked and she told me to trust the process, I did, but the end result was the same. Personally I do like the people there and the prices are fair as I paid $45 for this set. I just wish the nails were much better. They look chunky, crooked and discolored in some areas. By the way this picture is 2 days after the nail appointment.

What a great experience for my daughter getting her nails. Everyone in there was fun & chatting together. They got her right in. Clean environment & highly recommend.

Walked in twice with no appointment and was fortunate to have been able to get my nails done with no delay both times. Had different nail techs each time and both were awesome. My new nail salon and highly recommend!

I have been there to Foxy Nails several times before and always had a great experience but this last time was different. The guy who did my pedicure scrubbed so hard on the callouses on my feet that they bled. In my opinion that’s too hard. All he could say is “sorry”. I did not appreciate it at all and won’t be back. Think I will find another shop to go to from now on. Not acceptable.

Pedicures are great! My mother had a set done here, the woman did a wonderful job. I went in for fill and a gentleman helped me, I wasn't too impressed. They were uneven, and thin in places. The design I wanted was simple, but instead of finding someone to do just the design for me he tried and failed.. I wanted to try them again but this time with a woman, since my experience with the man wasn't great. I was told ONLY men do acrylic... I went to Excellent Nail? instead, they never let me down!!!

Ignored for 45 min!!!I went in with my friend a few days ago to get pedis. I had called 30 min before we came in to make sure they had room for us, and they told us yes. When we arrived, we only waited about 5 min for our chairs. That’s where the good service stopped. We sat in our chairs, but the water was a little too hot, so I asked the woman who started the water to make it a little cooler. Instead, she turned on the cold water and let it fill my tub. Straight cold water. I would’ve said something had someone come to check on me! Then, a woman starts doing my friends toes. I figured, ok they’ll have someone over to do me in a few minutes. Nope! My friend got an entire pedicure while I sat there in cold water. Again, I would have said something had someone, ANYONE, even looked in my direction. Instead, they had staff start 3 OTHER pedicures of people that had shown up long after me. I was going to leave because I didn’t have time to hang out at the nail salon all day, until they pretty much forced me to stay saying they could do it in 30 min. It was done in 30 min, but it was not at all relaxing. On top of that, my friend and I wanted the glamorous pedicures (one of their levels of pedis), but no one ever asked what we wanted. So we got basics. Whatever, it costs less, but at the end of the day I didn’t even want to pay for the service because of how ignored I was and how rushed the service ended up being. Sure, I told them I needed to leave so it was rushed, but it shouldn’t have taken them almost an hour to get over to help me! I would’ve asked for a discount to help lessen my horrible experience, but I didn’t think they would care enough about their customers coming back to do so.NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!Service: Pedicure
