I love this shop !!! I pulled up as they were about to close, the lady definitely put her bags down and stayed an extra hour to do my nails ! I love the customer service !!!!! Will be back everytime

I went for a French tip manicure in the afternoon. By evening the nails were chipped and look terrible. I went back the next morning and was told I could get gel or get them painted. I told her I did not want gel or a solid color and I paid for white tips. They look terrible. She agreed. She absolutely refused to refund me and after I kept insisting I just wanted what I paid for she would only give me the two options but agreed my nails looked bad. She still refused a refund and walked away and dismissed me. I told her I would file a dispute and she told me no. Like yes. I did not get what I paid for and they would not offer a resolution that I paid for.

I’ve been a couple of times and the customer service is very inconsistent. The ladies will greet some customers nicely and offer them drinks, and other like myself get told to sit at the station with no hello or anything. The manicure i received today was pretty painful as well, the lady jammed her fingernail in each of my nail beds about twenty times each, painfully, instead of actually just trimming my cuticles. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

I was in there for an hour and got a manicure and pedicure-- the guy rushed through both and did a terrible job. I am not the kind of person to tell someone I don't like it while they are in the process of doing them, but after taking a look at them outside the salon they look messy and rushed. My gel manicure looks dull and he rushed me out the door after my pedicure so they didn't get a chance to dry! I'm disappointed :(

Appointment times are honored and the mail techs are friendly (comparatively) and do a nice job. Also they don’t push for the extras. They do not use a razor on calluses here, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars.

Great salon! Friendly people! Nails look amazing! They are always on time for my appointments, complete your nails in a time efficient manner, and make sure you are comfortable during the process. Great place!

A pedicure will cost you a minimum of $55. The work is good, but the professionalism is nonexistent. If you make an appointment you will still wait 30 minutes+.Services: Manicure

Walked in for a pedicure walked out with a injury. First I'll start with the atmosphere. Terrible service, the place looked old and outdated, the shop was very dirty, and I notice there weren't any tools that were sanitized. There were no customers in the shop and I was rushed. During the service I shared with the technician about my ingrown. She insisted on cutting way too much skin (which cause me to bleed) and nail off and continued jabbing my toes with her sharp tools. I politely shared how painful it was an to stop and she ignored my request. I was very uncomfortable the entire time! Let's just say I didn't have a very relaxing experience. In the beginning before we got started I told her I wanted the $40 pedicure no polish/color just a pedicure. By the end of the service she charged me $45. Not sure why, but I didn't wanna argue over $5, by that point I just wanted to get out of there...I've had my nails done for over 15 years so it's safe to say I know a little something about how a pedicure should go. Finally I must add for $45 + tip + no polish, I have to say that was the most basic and painful pedicure I've ever received in my life! I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to me. But unfortunately I will not be coming back.
