Do not go here for an inspection. They do not follow the Missouri Code of Inspection Rules. They are not suppose to repair your car without a signature and a quote. They did both. If you have an appointment for an inspection, you should not have to wait. My husband was told he had to leave it, so he walked home 1.5 miles. I don't believe them so I can't trust them anymore. We were shocked at the price. We will never go back.

I had my vehicle brought in for a state inspection. They took off the lug nuts to inspect the brakes and pads. Which you can clearly see through wheel. The tech working on my vehicle did the damage. Then they promptly came in to tell me I need a new hub. Quoted me $348.00 parts and labor. These are knock out studs. Easily replaced and cost no more than $10.00 with the free labor because of poorly trained techs. Don't trust these corporate stores. Also, crossed the nut even more returning it back on the vehicle. See picture.

As usual Firestone is expensive. But I don't have a "good boy" network to tap into so I go to Firestone. Even tho expensive the staff is very nice and professional The manager explains what's wrong with ur car in layman's or in my case "laywoman's" terms. And as I'm clenching my teeth while paying a small fortune for my car repairs I am grateful that it is fixed.

Got a drill bit lodged in my tire and they finished it in 1 day and stayed late to finish it and still gave me a discount. Mason was great and very professional. Greatly appreciate their help!
