Best experience ever. Gladstone location, Jon the store manager helped us from start to finish with appliances, fans, lighting, sinks,faucets. He made this so easy and fun. He provided that small town everyone is a friend service when you walk in making you feel confident in your decisions. Highly recommend.

We have had great experiences with Ferguson in other cities, but the Lee's Summit location has been impossible. We had a washer/dryer installed. The installer did not test it before leaving. When my renter attempted to use the washer, it failed immediately. I've left multiple messages with Ferguson over the past week. They will not return my calls. We paid more to go with Ferguson because of their reputation for great service. That was a mistake.

My experience with Ferguson has been awful and I would avoid them at all cost. We recently purchased a new home and our builder sent us there to make appliance and lighting selections. Our first visit there was fun and overwhelming but that was the only good experience had. Once we made and paid for selections we never from them again. We were told our refrigerator would be delivered before our close date. When they missed the delivery window we called them and they told us they wouldn't be able to deliver our fridge until a week after we moved in. Our builder called and magically we were going to get our fridge before our move in date. We had this fridge delivered first week of May 2023 and we have already had 3 services and more scheduled. Went up today to look at returning it and we were told they don't do returns. Avoid this place they will sell you junk and not return it.

We needed to change an appliance order for our new build and Andrea was amazing. Not only did she help us make the tough decisions easier, she also remembered all the model numbers when it came time to re-write the order! Great experience!

Do not do business with this company. Zero chance you can get what you need when you purchase here. Time and again I have had to call and try to get parts I don't have when they should have been included. Data I need to have on hand, phone number, email address, order number, part number, when it was ordered, who ordered it, how did you pay for it, what was your weight that day, etc changes and prevents you from speaking to someone who can rectify the issue. Way to much time wasted and you don't know the time delayed bomb that will explode at anytime to stop the job. I'm so mad I can't see straight!!!

We purchased a refrigerator from Factory a little over 3 months ago. When it was first installed, there was a problem with the ice maker. We notified FD and was put in touch with A and E appliance repair . A&E is one of the worst companies to work with. After cancellations and delays, they came and replaced a suite of parts which did nothing to fix the problem. A factory repairman came out and immediately stated that he had seen this problem and that there was no fix and recommended replacement or refund. After many unanswered calls to FD, I started working with the manufacturer's refund board. They authorized a full refund. Factory direct said they would refund my money, but they needed the refrigerator back immediately. A week after they picked it up , I went to the showroom to get the refund because nobody would return my calls. On the refund receipt, they listed the refrigerator as damaged not defective. I will not do business with FD again, and caution everyone to be very careful if they purchase anything from them. Bottom line is Buyer Beware!

If you are building a home. Don't let your builder send you here. They used to be a great company. You will pay for your products up front. In my case six months in advance. When you need your appliances they may not be there. We cut our countertop to the specifications of the cooktop and found out on delivery day it was missing from the order. The manager Laura of the lees summit store had no explanation or apologies. Just we don't have it. I had to call all over the country to find one that would fit our cut out and thankfully I did at LowesAlso, had purchased a refrigerator from Ferguson. It was delivered and was not able to cool. They would NOT replace it. They sent a second party service person to repair the refrigerator and he said it needed 12 new parts. I then demanded they pick it up and give me a refund. After spending hours on the phone with 4 different people I still sit here with out my refund and I am furious!!!They are now saying it will be the first of the month before corporate will file the credit. Ugh!!!Maybe 10 months later I will get my credit.Also, I had two orders one through plumbing and one through appliances. They tried to collect money on both orders twice. Thankfully I keep very thorough records and had to send the copies of my checks. That should tell you something about the professionalism of this company. You do not have to purchase your appliances , or plumbing through Ferguson. Don't let your builder tell you that you do. Best buy and Lowes have all the same things. Best Buy has outstanding customer service and they will beat anyones price. It was so refreshing to get my cooktop from Lowes and Refrigerator from Best Buy.Now if I can get my credit from Ferguson it will be a lesson learned. Hopefully you won't have the problems I did.

Customer Service is horrible. They do not return any phone calls. The worst! Must call multiple times and hope you get a live person on the phone, and even then they take a message but never get back to you.

All I can say is 14 months waiting for a dishwasher that I paid for up front. My friend ordered from Albert Lee 5 months after me and got it 4 months ago. I have to call and bug them to get any information, which has been wrong every single time. They blame Bosch. Don't make the same mistake.
