I went to return stuff from AT&T and Alyx was the FedEx employee helping me and immediately acted like it was impossible to look up my account. Alyx also had an attitude as soon as I walked in. Alyx walked away and said “let me know when you have the account number “ while turned away from me. Customer service should be looked at from this employee.

Went to ship a package, it was already boxed with a label.
Lady acted annoyed made me go to kiosk for self drop off, scan and print my own label.
If this is fedex policy they will run what's left of this company into the ground. Between the attitude and new system I will avoid using fedex in the future and just use ups.
If you don't want customers then just close down. Businesses should provide service for customers, this trend of self check out and ordering is just a race to the bottom.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. i went to get some copies and the in training woman was rude and not very helpful. her training person should give her some customer service training. ILL NEVER GO IN THAT LEES SUMMIT LOCATION AGAIN

The female workers were generally unpleasant, short with responses to questions. They appeared to be annoyed and even inconvenienced by several customers. These two are not a good representation of a multi million dollar company. They are a Stain on an otherwise pristine company.

Worst customer service experience of my life. I practically had to help myself here. She was not wearing a name tag but the black lady couldn’t say and actual word or force a smile to save her life. The most we got out of her was a horrible attitude, no eye contact, and “mhhm” it’s your job…act like you get paid wages.

Tried to ship a battery was told the don't accept, that is ok,BUT they gave me the address to go to. The address was 20 miles away and when I got there there was nothing more than a Dropbox. A Dropbox that was too small for package. The fedex shipping location is only for pickup NOT drop-off. PLEASE don't send people to that location.

Team is extremely unhelpful and rude. Refused to help me when my prints came wrong, instead of just making 4 cuts they threw them away and told me I'd have to pay in store prices or go online and order new ones. If I could give a zero start rating I would.
I will say it hasn't always been this way. In the past they've been very helpful but the staff in there now is worthless.

My bestfriend Rachel is the absolute BEST ! She did an incredible job with my prints. Please give her a raise and more days off as well as Mrs. Tina she deserves a raise as well! Incredible team!.

Rude rude rude! Customer service gal stood 6 feet away leaning on counter with a go to hell attitude . Felt like I was bothering her so I did address her asking if I was bothering her.
She said I’m looking at you aren’t I?
Oh my are you kidding me?! the face of FedEx. No thanks UPS is a few doors down.

Was returning a door. Yes, you read that right… a GIANT, plexiglass center door. I came to this location and Tim, Rachel and Alyx all helped me by providing the packing info I needed to keep shipping affordable and as convenient (for me) as possible, considering I was single-handedly shlupping a 7’ door on my 5’ back. They were courteous and kind; even joking back with me as I made light of my very heavy predicament. Thank you, all who work at this location, for your brevity and sense of humor, as well as your help carrying this beast!

How do they stay in business? Talked with the Assistant Manager about artwork for a folder. She states: "No problem. I will call with a proof in 2-3 days." Been over a week and nothing. Amazing customer service, SARCASM!!!

The trainee person was so rude. I stood for an hour while another associate was setting up someone email on their cellphone. No lie. Then the trainee came out slammed my letter on the counter and said she couldn’t read it. It was typewritten. Poor management and employees are worse

I’ve gone in maybe 3 times before writing a review.. Different days same outcomes.. Employees don’t care.. Never smile and aren’t helpful. Go to the UPS store when at all possible there staff is always friendly and helpful.. Go to Fed ex if you’re In the mood for making someone fill “ put out “ for having to do their job.
