I don't even know where to start. Initially, I never received my debit card (which has never happened at any other bank). Then they tell me it will take another 10-14 days or I can drive to a different location to obtain a card. So, I drove to the Main St/L Summit branch to get a card. I activated the card and set up the pin number with an employee while I was on site. I went to use the debit card and it would not work. I called in. After 15 minutes on phone, they fixed it and it worked. Yeah! Not so quick....It did not work the next 4 times I tried to use it. When, I called they said they had switched companies and was unable to notify customers. And then they fixed it while I was on phone with them. They NEVER COMMUNICATED any change to the cusomers. What?I signed up for electronic statements, but never received them. Every month for 4 months, I had to call and request it. Finally, it was fixed and I received a notice via email and could access the monthly statements. Then, I tried to make an ATM deposit and there wasn't a deposit option on ATM at Oldham Pkwy location. I called and they confirmed they do not offer that option on the ATM. HUH? I have never hear of this.....every bank I have used offer deposit on ATM for over 20 years. Why? Just why? After months of having the account, I started being charged a service fee on a no fee account. I called to learn that they switched my account to a different kind without asking or notifying me. So, they agreed to refund the service charges and switched me back to a no-fee checking account. Yippee....but nope, they did not refund the service fees. They kept the service fees. Unbelievable.....I have banked at numerous banks and this is WORST, BY FAR. I don't even understand how they are in business. I have made more calls and trips to this bank than I have any other bank for past 10 years. I am tired of having to call them regularly for some issue. I am done. I am closingmy .account this week.UPDATE 7/7: I called on 7/3 at 11:35 and spoke to Laura. She said she would close my account as soon as we got off of the phone, as I requested.I called on 7/6 at 3:35 and asked Julianna to confirm my acct was closed. It was not. She told me she would close it immediately and send an email confirmning the closing. I never received the email.I called on 7/7 at 12 pm and asked Taylor to confirm my account was closed. She said it was not. I asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 3-5 minutes, she announced it was close. I inquired about why she would say it wasn't closed initially. She said well it wasn't then, but now it is. I asked for an email to confirm it was closed while I wait on the phone. I received the e-mail.This just reflects exactly what kind of service is provided here. They did not close my acct until I asked for a supervisor and an email. Really? So, I had to call 3 times and ask for a sup to get a $0 balance accont closed. RIDICULOUS !!!!!

I needed to wire funds from my account that I opened at Equity Bank at this location and the Bank Manager, Katie Schulz, went above and beyond normal customer service. I was out of town and needed to wire funds immediately and they made an exception with proper ID to do this for me on a very timely basis. They even offered to hand deliver it to my bank. What bank offers that kind of service? Not very many. Great customer service Katie!

literally the worst experience I've ever had with any banking company ever or Branch their ATMs don't work they always treat me like I'm trying to scan them none of the details in my account we're actually ever described an accurate detail I've had to repeatedly call and ask and wonder why I'm having such a difficulty using their debit card, their customer service is non-existent they play the victim when they're supposed to be helping you figure out the problem

From an out of Towner this is the worst branch of Equity I have ever visited. Tried going through drive through but no visible signs of how to proceed. Then I tried to deposit a check and a whole new bucket of worms horrible
