Ok so all these reviews are really old reviews. So my daughter is 3, just turned 3 in March. She’s been there for 2.5 years. The daycare has been bought out by a different company. They have made changes to improve furniture and toys. They implemented a no phone policy for the teachers. They are following student to teacher ratios now. The new staff that has been hired seems to be working really well with the kids and the tenure staff. The new director is very attentive, smart and knows how to run a daycare quite flawlessly. I was extremely concerned and not excited when the daycare was bought out but I have been impressed with all the implementations and improvements they have put into effect. Every parent will always have some sort of complaint but I will say over all I’m extremely satisfied with the results of the knowledge and social skills my daughter has gained from this daycare.

We removed our kids when we picked up our infant on a Friday and asked for the left over breast milk. The teacher handed us an unlabeled bag of milk and said she didn't drink it all. We always labeled our milk as you are required to in a daycare. When we asked if there was other unlabeled bags of milk they pulled out several other bags. Health and safety is not there top priority.

My daughter has been attending Elite Start for one year now. She really enjoys it there and I can trust them to take good care of her. She especially likes her new teacher, Isabel and even says that she is her friend. Miss Shandy and Ashley are two others my daughter has become close with. The director Cindy and assistant director Allison are always friendly and helpful. Overall this is a great place!

We just removed our kids from this daycare. They've been there since Feb 14 and there have been issues since the beginning. My baby was left along on a cot screaming himself to sleep because he was "tired." My three year old came home with a 103 fever that nobody called us about. She reported that she told her teacher she had a headache and her teacher replied "me too, go play." My baby's sippy cup they were feeding him was full of soapy water. My husband walked in to my daughters empty, dark classroom to get her belongings and there was a small child (3/4) sitting alone in the dark room. The director invalidated each and every concern we brought to her. Please, please heed this warning.

I have had such a good experience with this school so far. My daughter loves her teacher and gets so excited to go to school every morning, unlike at her previous daycare. The front office staff is very welcoming and greets me every morning when I walk in. I highly recommend!

Mrs. Mo in the Pre-K class is AMAZING my daughter heads to school everyday ready to learn and always has lots of new things to tell me about at the end of the day. My husband and I are very pleased with this class and school.

I would be wary of Elite Start Preschool, they are not honest people. Their daycare bus driver, Amber, hit my parked vehicle with their gray daycare bus, while it was parked outside of an elementary school. She attempted to flee the scene, and after chasing her down and listening to her argue that she hadn't hit my car (despite the multiple witnesses) she eventually admitted that she had in fact hit my car and provided her insurance information. Silly me for not contacting the police and filing a report right there, but I figured it was obvious she'd hit my car - and there wasn't thousands of dollars of damage - just an ugly scratch. Instead of involving insurance companies, I attempted to contact the owner directly to resolve the damages. No response. Fast forward to the insurance company denying my claim (because she denied again that she'd hit my car), which I was prepared to accept and let karma take care of the rest - life is too short to haggle with liars and a company who thrives off of sticking it to the little guys...! Then, I'm in line today at the school to get my kids and notice this same driver, in the same bus, taking photos of me and/or my car. How creepy is that? Why should I have to feel harassed or watched by someone who damaged my property and then lied about it? I am a parent and I definitely wouldn't want these types of individuals to be around my children, let alone transporting this. I hope this information helps to prevent someone from making a poor and potentially dangerous choice for their children.

What an excellent place!!! Everyone is so nice and treats our kids like their own. The owner is very active and engaged in the day to day operation and knows the kids and parents as much as the teachers do!! Very comforting to leave my kids with people we trust. I highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give a negative star or worse. 1 star is the worst I can give. I would advise anyone that takes their children (or knows anyone who takes their children) here to reconsider. My friend has called on 2 separate occasions where the children were outside on playground screaming and crying and the employees that are suppose to caring and tending the children are huddled in a circle talking. A little girl went up to one of the employees and was trying to get her attention but was pushed away and went to the door looking in crying. My friend called and spoke to director 2 times and it doesn't seem as though there have been any improvements from what I have seen outside. Please be an advocate for these precious babies!
