Such a great car buying experience at Luther Mazda! I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Lexus is350, and could not be happier with my purchase. Shaun and John were so wonderful through every step of the process. Even after purchasing, Shaun went above and beyond to ensure a cosmetic issue was fixed to my liking. This was my first time buying a car on my own so I appreciated the fair market pricing they use, eliminating the pressure to negotiate the price down. They were also transparent and thorough in their maintenance of my Lexus before letting me drive it off the lot, giving me peace of mind in a pre-owned vehicle. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Luther Mazda of Lee’s Summit is a remarkable place to take or buy a vehicle! Zach and Nate in the service department are not only wonderful at their jobs but are very caring! They put the safety of myself and my son above everything else! They worked on my Mazda with everything they had (multiple times) and made sure I had no other concerns before releasing my vehicle to me! On Wednesday I was the damsel in distress. A large piece of a tractor trailer rig tire was thrown in my path on interstate, I was unable to dodge and it caused my rear fender(the rubber like part) to come almost completely off. I went to Luther Mazda, they reattached the fender and used some of their rivets at no charge. They were so kind, and even looked up what the parts I needed would cost to ease my mind of how much it would cost.
I live 200 miles from here, but if I lived in the area they would definitely be my dealership. I’m giving them 10 stars❤️.

Really enjoyed car shopping here. They had a good selection of the model I was looking for. The whole dealership was very low pressure. Brandon did a great job helping us decide between two nearly identical cars and was very patient with our indecisiveness..
