Just bought a used CX 5 - Michael was my sales guy. Michael was helpful & accommodating! He even took my rental back to Enterprise for me - so I could leave with my new car - excellent service! My Honda was totaled on I-35 - so I wanted more safety features - got the Grand Touring model - it has just what I was looking for! They added navigation to it & I'm all set. Thanks Michael!

I test drove a car here and my salesperson was Jesse. Even though I did not end up purchasing a car here I highly recommend Jesse. Knowledgeable and low pressure, great guy!

Buying a car is always a most of the day not very fun experience in my experience. They were great, friendly, professional, straightforward, and we accomplished exactly what we had hoped to. And they had a comfortable dealership with refreshments so the wait was made more tolerable. I would recommend you stop by and talk to them if you're looking for a car

It was a great experience, helpful but no pressure from the sales rep. Everything was set at MSRP and had decent inventory on the lot.

I would like to edit my previous review. I was contacted by the sales manager at Luther Lee's Summit Sean(sp) Hanson whose customer service was outstanding. He took the time to truely listen to why I was frustrated and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He stated that his ultimate goal was to improve the customer service and experience at Luther's and if he continues to focus on this as he did with me I do believe he will greatly improve this dealership. I am changing my review rating to a 4 star based on Sean alone at this time and the belief that he will head this dealership in the right direction.

I wanted to share my experience with the service department recently.My Miata stopped on the highway and was towed to this dealership.They looked at my car for a few days and proceeded to tell me I needed a new engine at a cost of over 10,000.I wanted to get a second opinion and I am very glad I did.My car needed some timing chain repair and was in no way needing a new engine.It honesty makes me sad to think a dealership would make this kind of statement or error.As a female, it discourages me even further and I feel this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.Second opinions are a must!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a solid experience at Mazda while leasing a car this week. The team is conscious and kind. They work with you to help get your financial needs met. They are just the right amount of business and sincerity. Santino and Tyrone were patient and zen throughout my constant emotional fluctuations. A new car is a big deal, it's new energy. It was a massive experience for me: I loved that they were not pushy. Every dealership prior had driven me away due to their sales tactics. Felt like I was welcomed with immediate positivity. The car is being delivered today! They've gone above and beyond to make this easy during a difficult time, gratefully relieving so much of the stress of leasing a vehicle and making a big transactional decision, somewhat peaceful and easy. Thank you all!

This is the third time we have been here for service. Today was for a warrenty on tires. The first thing that was said was that we needed another alignment.... nope car drove fine. Then since they were not going to get more money that way they tried to say it was a bent rim, without even looking at the tire... quoted almost $500.00 for the rim when online it was $180 and another shop just said it was cosmetic but if I wanted a new rim it was $250. Oh and even though the warrenty says 100% you have to read their fine print that you still have to pay mounting and balancing fees.. so not a real warrenty.. stay away! I would still say a decent place to but a car..but take the service someplace else+

Easy peasy. Set appts online, confirmed by a human, and intake was quick and painless. Lobby has food, drink, restrooms, and entertainment (electronic and otherwise, could use a gaming console there though, that'd be sweet.). I will be back for service and who knows, maybe even buy my next Mazda here.

We recently purchased a 2020 Mazda6 form this dealer and we couldn't be happier with the process. We worked with Sam as our salesperson, and she was both knowledgeable and very kind. We also worked with Reggie in terms of finalizing the sale, and every question we had, he answered. If you're in the market for a new Mazda, I would go here first.

Eddy's Mazda was great! I stopped by bc I had an issue with my gas tank cover not wanting to close. A very helpful employee came out \u0026 looked at it. He showed me why it was happening. Since we live on a dirt road, it gets pretty dusty. He suggested using WD40 on the closing button. Thank you! God bless you.

I can't wait to get this driver's license thing figured out so I can get this car they're offering me. Nothing's final yet but the deal seems fair no one pushed me into anything and don't want to do and the application process was relatively easy
