I would have give them 0 if that was an option. I went to get some Oakley glasses and had to drive more than 40 minutes from home cause it was the closest option available. In the store it took them like 15 minutes to attend me I had to press the help bottom like 5 times and the personal was just walking passing me and just talking and playing between them not helping at all. Finally a girl came to attend me (which couldn’t even find the bottom without my help) I asked her for the model I needed and she took another 10 minutes to go “get them from the back”. I was already waiting in line when she brought the box. I checked that it was the correct model and correct color from the box, paid more than $240.00 and it wasn’t till midnight after I got home that my cousin asked me to see them I saw it was just an empty box. THERE WAS NO GLASSES IN IT. I had to wait till next day to call and they said I had to come back to the store even tho when I said I was more than 40 minutes away, they didn’t give me the option to mail it or something. I went after work even tho it was raining and the traffic was insane cause of the multiple car accidents. All they did was “apologize” in a really rude way. The manager gave me the glasses and tried to walk away from me very rude I asked how could that be possible to charge your costumers all that money and give them nothing, that’s technically fraud. He just said “I don’t know what happened, ma’am”.
Well, bad thing an apologize can’t pay for gas.

Came In Lee's Summit Location Looking For A Shirt and Hat That Online Appeared To Be Available In Store When I Got There I Couldn't Find Em On The Sales Floor And AMANDA Helped Me Track Down The Items! She Was Just As Excited As I Was When I Saw She Found Them! She Went Above And Beyond For The Customer and That Was Appreciated

Went to exchange a pair of Nikes. Dazzon was the only one in the shoe department. It seems like I tried about 6 or more shoes on, but he was very patient with me, tried to help me,and two other customers. The man was doing his very best to help everyone. This man NEEDS a raise! Very, very kind person

By far the worst customer service. I have been there twice within a week at different times and from the shoe department to the front register employees are rude.

Went in at the open of the store and couldn't get anyone to assist me in the shoe department. Saw multiple people walk past me and go to the back. Very unhelpful employees especially the shoe department.

I stopped in this afternoon to look for a couple pairs of shoes for work and working out. There were several employees around including the three standing in the shoe department playing on their phones. None of which could take a minute to say Hello or ask if I needed assistance. After I looked around for at least 20 minutes I gave up and left. I will not be back. #epicfail #customerservice #noworkethic

They have a great sports shoe collection. The store is organized nicely and the staff are kind and helpful!

Overall, a sporting goods store. The problem though is no one is really an expert on the subject of the areas they are in. You can't get a solid answer on the type of spikes for different types of track shoes. Also, the differences of one item vs another seems to be the more expensive one is always the better one, but they can't seem to explain why. I believe a better education of product would make the place better.

Went in fully intending to spend $200+ on new work shoes. Eventually was “helped” with fairly horrendous customer service. The girl acted like she didn’t want to answer any questions, even to the point of, “you’d have to go and look online”! Requested to try 3 different brands/styles of shoe, and NONE were in my size to try on! Tried to see if they had a similar style/size to try, and without even looking at the shoe or system told me, “No, you’d have to go online”. Mind you I had explained I never wore the brand or styles, so was needing to try them ON before ordering to ensure they were what I was comfortable in. She then told me, “there’s not different styles, just sizes” as I’m LOOKING at the display with 3 noticeably different styles of the brand! Very disappointed, and left frustrated and empty handed. Likely will not return based on the poor customer service alone.
