I’ve had Austin and Tim helping me out with little odd requests for years. They always bend over backwards to create a good experience. Even when there is no benefit for them to go the extra mile other than wanting to help others. Thank you Derek’s staff for being so kind and helpful.

They will never force you to take on a repair you don't want to do or can't afford. they will work with you on your car and cost. They also back their work with a warranty and will fix it if it isn't right. Fair pricing too.
