Waited over 30 min for an immunization appointment. Zero other patients around. No signs of a provider. The pharmacy said to continue to wait. After 30 min of waiting with no one coming or going we left. Will go to Walgreens and pay out of pocket. Thanks for a waste of my time.

The cashier lady was so friendly and helpful! She helped me with a coupon that I had. The manager wasn't very helpful, or nice. But the front cashier, and the pharmacy techs/pharmacist made up for his attitude.

Have been going here on a consistent basis ever since I have graduated high school, so about 2 years now! This place is the reason I brag to others about CVS! Staff are nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Overall, if you are looking for a pharmacy with benefits, (care card, so useful!) dedicated employees, and available health care professionals (they have a minute clinic as well as a flu/covid shot area in the store) I would 100% recommend this amazing drug store!

Will not answer the phone. Using the app or may be 4-5 days before prescription is ready. Automated service operator is annoying. I had a prescription sent in today and cannot get through to see when my script that the DR sent will be ready. Walmart was so much better than this.

The line wait for the pharmacy is always too long. There are 4 staff on duty and only one helping customers. Disappointing!

Today I went in to CVS to return some hairspray I ended up not wanting/needing. CVS is way over priced so of course, since I didn’t need up needing it, I wanted to get my money back. The store manager took my return and proceeded to basically accuse me of trying to steal ExtraBucks because I was returning items I had earned ExtraBucks on. I thought they would take those back?! And I tried to explain that to him, but he was too busy treating me like a criminal to hear what I had to say. It’s not my fault CVS hasn’t entered the 20th century and hasn’t figured out how to remove rewards money from an account when the item is returned. Every other store has been doing stuff like that for literally decades. I don’t freakin care about the extra bucks! What I do care about is being talked down to and treated like a thief while I’m a mom in the store with my 2 year old and my infant. I’ve literally never been treated like that. Why don’t you worry about actual criminals who are stealing things from your store?! You let them walk out without saying anything to them but because I returned items I’m treated like a thief. I’m still in complete and utter shock and disbelief that he talked down to me like that. I will never be returning to this location and I will be switching my pharmacy to Walgreens after this experience.

I have terrible experiences with this pharmacy. The most recent bad experience is I submitted my prescription for refill on February 28. I could see online that it wasn’t being filled. On March 4th my husband called at 11:15am and was told the prescription would be ready in one hour. At 1:21pm we arrived at CVS and a woman at the drive up window said the prescription wasn’t ready and they were going to lunch in 9 minutes. She said it would be filled sometime during that day. No apologies- nothing. We drove a fairly long distance to be blown off by a rude employee. I’m disabled and now I have to find a way to get my prescription more than 5 days after it was submitted for refill.

CVS is terrible in general. The people at this location are nice enough, but the corporation is completely inept. They treat their employees terribly so turnover is constant and there are constantly short staffed. I feel bad for the staff and worse that my insurance forces me to fill here.

I use this pharmacy several times a month. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The pharmacist, Chad, has answered my questions and gone the extra mile to provide quality service. My elderly mother has received her vaccines at this location. The pharmacist, Chad, and the technician, Jennifer, have both given mom her shots. They have been kind and taken great care of her. The technician, Rebecca, has also provided great service. She has helped me find over the counter medications and they all make sure that I have what I need and answer any questions. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy.

One of the WORST pharmacy’s to work in. I was discriminated due to my race (AFRICAN AMERICAN) , also being the youngest in the pharmacy every since I started working here by the pharmacist Chad Parker , and his team leads Jennifer Durham & Rebecca Sprague and the rest of the employees. I’ve been downplayed , racially profiled & treated less than what I am. These people don’t care about their employees nor do they care about their career. I was treated differently from the Caucasian employees although I have a GREAT work ethic I was used as a body in the pharmacy due to them being short staffed!!!! They don’t value their employees. Someone needs to hear about this!! No one should EVER be treated the way I’ve been treated these last four months. Im traumatized and I feel violated from all the disrespect I’ve received from people who were suppose to help me on my career journey!! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to work here !!

I bought 3 of these CVS test kits since my son was tested positive at the ER and wanted to text my husband and I. Husband immune system is compromised so we took these test to be sure we didn’t have COVID. These CVS test came out positive so we went to see our doctor and we took another at the doctors office and it came back negative. So I took the other boxes that I bought and they said I can’t return them and these don’t even work. Now I’m down $70 dollars and have test kits that don’t even work! Do not buy these test!!!
