CVS is my happy place, and here's why: I found what I needed quickly, price was clearly marked, no line at the self-checkout, it took all my coupons and I got a GREAT deal on an item I needed.

Honestly called for days and never could get anyone to answer the phone in the pharmacy and their online app won't complete the task needed, I'm sick of corporate CVS not giving the few workers enough people to do basic stuff like answer the phone or have the drive-thru window open. And I never can get the self check-out to work with my streamer of paper receipt coupons. Shame they don't make it easyblike Walgreens, hut my insurance has a monopoly with CVS and so I'm stuck

Always a poor experience dealing with this CVS. The pharmacy drive-through is permanently closed and as you walk in to the store, you notice how filthy it is. Floors have not been vacuumed and what seems like forever. The lights hum so loud they drowned out the background music over the PA system. The pharmacy is severely understaffed, and so is the sales floor upfront, which may be a sign of a bad work environment which can’t hold onto employees. My advice would be to avoid this CVS if at all possible. It is not worthy of your time or money.

I know they are understaffed, I am patient. It has been going on for months. I just stood in line for 30 plus minutes at the pharmacy. The last ten of which there was no one waiting on anyone at all. It’s hot. No help in sight. No announcement. I just walked out without my prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff is pleasant and helpful as they can be. Always extremely short staffed lines are ridiculously long ,Scripts are not ready on time. 9-10Deep on waiting lines most ofThe time. No drive up due to staff shortage. Get some help for your staff. They can’t keep up. MovingMy prescriptions to Hyvee. Don’t deal with this!

Once again I roll up to CVS (621 3rd St in Lee's Summit) to pick up prescriptions that I received text stating were ready and the pharmacy was closed. 9:30 AM on a Wednesday?? Why?? The pharmacist didn't show up for work. This one is new to me as I'm usually there right at 8 AM and the pharmacy staff rolls in around 8:15-8:30 with an attitude. This business is the worst run business I have ever dealt with in my adult life. They are horrible! You could hire a bunch of 5th graders and they would, with out a doubt, run a better business. This is supposed to be a medical, professional, reliable business!!

How is CVS even open? The service is bad the waits for prescriptions are beyond horrendous. I tried to stay loyal. But I’m out. Anyone recommend a pharmacy? Btw literally been in line over an hour as I type this.

Pharmacy is understaffed. It’s not just today I saw 15 people waiting. I had no problem getting script filled at CVS Longview.

The pharmacy at this CVS is understaffed and the young lady that they do have has ZERO customer service skills. So bad that CVS would be better off to have ZERO staff here instead of just being understaffed.This location never has a prescription filled and ready for pickup anywhere close to the time that their automated systems say they will. Today I waited well AFTER the 11:00 AM time that the automated system said my prescription would be ready when I called last night.Then I called at around 12:15 PM today and followed their automated systems prompts that said to let the pharmacist know that “you’re on your way.” Then I waited another 20 minutes, drove into the location which took another 20 minutes only to be told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 more hours because she was the only pharmacist. Not exactly convenient when you live a 20 minute drive away. The incompetent and poor customer service giving Pharmacist gave no other options, and didn’t offer to try to fill the prescription quicker even though there was no line.Terrible automated system, terrible customer service onsite, and a well deserved 1 ⭐️ review.You’d be better served to find a different pharmacy if you have any other options at all.

Worst service. Had a package delivered to this location by UPS because it required a signature and wasn’t home to sign. Have verification it was delivered who signed for it at the store and was told by store clerk no package exist. She proceeds to say that UPS does this all the time. They tell people their packages are there when they are not and maybe I should come back in a couple days. I explained it again and asked her to look. She refused. I go to my car get my phone call UPS and they assured me once again it was signed for provided the time confirmed the person. I go back inside and again I’m argued with that it’s not there. I asked to see a package that resembled the size of package I was to collect and sure enough it’s my package. Here come the excuse!!!! I will notify UpS in further destabilize about the way she spoke of their company as I assume they would like to know since I’m sure CVS gets a fee for handling the pick up.
