I’ve had good service at this pharmacy and good front desk service. Every time I’ve gone inside, they’re all very nice people behind the counter. Yes, I had to call in every time to follow up on my prescriptions, the text system is frustrating at times, it does take some time for certain prescriptions to be filled, but other prescriptions like antibiotics was quite fast. Anytime I call I always got someone on the phone and that someone is Biko. He is a very helpful and polite person. He goes beyond and helps me find other pharmacies that carry my prescription. Just a suggestion to people who are frustrated, it matters how you talk, your tone and demeanor matters when you talk to people. Be kind and respectful to people who you’re asking help from.

Maybe they're just short staffed but the drive-thru is no longer open when you go in there you're probably the six or seven person in line waiting so it's about a good wait just to get your prescriptions

I am very disappointed. I needed to pick up a prescription and stopped by later that day hoping for it to be ready. Unfortunately, the prescription was not ready and I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Of course, by then the line for the drive thru pickup was busy so I decided I would try back again in the next day or so. Tonight I wanted to pick up the prescription “last minute”, but of course, I arrive there right at 8:59 PM (one-minute until close). Right as I rolled down the window in the car and to reach to push the yellow ‘Call Button’ the clock struck 9:00 PM, which is closing time for them. I understand that you close at 9:00 PM, but the fact that there were pharmacists inside working and assisting the last bit of customers inside the store and made full eye contact with me, but didn’t bother to at least say “I am sorry, but we’re closed”, is very disappointing and rude. I patiently waited and waited for a total of 15 minutes (I am a patient person) to see if anyone would at least say acknowledge that I am there at the window and say something, but they just kept looking out at me and then walked off to their computer. I will definitely fill my prescriptions in the future at other locations and not this one. Plus this location is usually pretty busy anyways…

They do not answer their phone, or the techs pick up the phone and hang up instantly. I've had issues getting prescriptions over the last couple months and drive thru has been closed for a while now. CVS is going down hill and I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

If you are looking for the worst pharmacy in MO, then look no further! Honestly, I feel a little guilty even giving them 1 star. They take days to fill scripts and don't bother trying to call them, because they won't answer the phone.

The pharmacist and the tech working were extremely busy doing the best they could a huge line was forming and the pharmacist working extremely hard kept a smile on her face I know the long wait is not their fault they are working as hard and fast as they can I hope they read this I want to say Thank You

Pharmacy Customer service is horrible. Takes multiple days to get any prescriptions filled. Doctor sent in RX for antibiotics for my daughter and not only did they not fill it until I called, it then took two more days because they were out of stock and told me I needed to call around to find the medication.
