CVS employee provides excellent customer service. Whatever I’m looking for, it’s always available. CVS is my go-to for a satisfactory shopping experience.

I have used this location for years and the staff have always been respectful and helpful in filling my mother’s medications.

Never rated a pharmacy at all, but I had a terrible experience. I got a text saying my two medications were ready. I went to pick it up and they couldn’t find me in the system? Then found one RX and told me the other didn’t exist but they actually put it on hold so they didn’t have to do it before they closed. Was treated like I was crazy and won’t be going back.

You used to be able to count on CVS. That is definitely NOT the case today. The staff is great, but they are severely understaffed. And the staff rotations! Who thought that up? I've been waiting on an antibiotic for almost a full 24 hours now

The female pharmacist, I believe her name is Riddhi, was extremely condescending to me in the approximately 30 seconds that I spoke with her on the phone before she hung up on me this morning. I called this location to see if they had a prescription in stock for a procedure prep. She told me that the other pharmacy location still needed to place a hold on the Rx (which I later found out can be bypassed) and when replied that I had just left the other pharmacy and that they had put the Rx in question on a hold, she proceeded to tell me "I'm trying to help you, you need to help yourself" in a very condescending way. I asked her to please stop speaking condescendingly to me and that I was only trying to get some assistance with this Rx that I have been waiting on for several days. She responded immediately by telling me that I should "get my prescription filled somewhere else" and hung up on me. People in positions of power such as herself should be coached on how to interact with customers in a more professional manner. That interaction was wholly unacceptable and apparently it's not this particular pharmacist's first negative encounter with customers as well as other staff at this location. I will probably avoid this pharmacy completely in the future.

This pharmacy has never been easy to access. I have had to wait an hour for a prescription that the system told me was filled, they’ve lost my prescriptions and my doctor has had to call them in again, and finally they closed the drive thru line an HOUR before their lunch today, causing everyone to go inside and causing large wait times AGAIN. wish they could get their act together because their location is convenient if it actually was easy to access.

The pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service skills.

I came in for a scheduled covid and flu vaccination and was greeted with rudeness and contempt. The pharmacist asked me if I was ready. I stated yes, I've been waiting for 20 minutes. She angrily stated, well I'm being pulled in five different directions. I stated, I'm sorry but maybe you need to take that up with your employer. I'm just here for a flu and covid shot. Never again!!!

This pharmacy is completely incompetent and inoperable. I would suggest filling your prescriptions at another location, opting for delivery or switching pharmacy vendors all together. The hour changes, lack of staffing, consistently inoperable drive through and lack of actual medicine to fill prescriptions makes this a wasted place of employment. They do not accommodate their customers whatsoever, and their priorities seem to be just shortening hours for disgustingly rude staff accommodation and comfort. The healthcare industry has become a complete joke and no longer operates for the patients that need prescriptions filled or assistance with medications during business hours for working people. What continuesto be infuriating is there is also zero proactive measures taken by the pharmacy when they’re out of a prescription of medication needing filled. You receive a message that the order placed has been Received, days go by without a notification of it filled, absolutely no phone call gets answered, you drive to the pharmacy and find it isn’t even available or adequately stocked. They hand you a paper (hand written) and say “call these other locations and see if they can fill it.” Not even transferring or proactively addressing their shortage with a call so you’re not waiting for important medications. It would be wise to cut the loss of this CVS all together.

Terrible service. Did not acknowledge me in the drive thru, then told me it was closed. No signage to say it was closed. I was there 12 minutes before the closing time in the sign, but since the “drive thru was closed” they did nothing to help me.

I called in trying to ask about my prescription that my Dr called in yesterday and I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and you can hear the person picking up phone and put it back on hold several times over. No one ever saying someone will be with you. I finally did get someone, but the order was never filled. They are in the process of getting it filled now.

As another reviewer accurately assessed, cvs can't seem to get it together. I've been using this pharmacy for years due to its convenient location. That's about the only thing that's convenient. They have trouble with even routine monthly refills. They don't keep medicines adequately stocked. Phone calls are necessary every stinking month to resolves issues. Add to that the frustration of long hold times to speak to the pharmacist, while they force ypu to listen to mind-numbing music that would make the most chill person convulse. CVS deserves a zero rating.

CVS pharmacies can't seem to keep it together. Never get my refills on time, even though they're supposed to auto refill. This time they got sent all the way over to raytown and then they wouldn't send them back to this store so I guess I just have to be out of very important meds that allow me to work.

There's a reason this store is rated sub par. The pharmacist is rude and lacks customer service skills. Simple questions concerning medications or billing seem to waste her time. They also seem under staffed compared to most stores. I would recommend the Walgreens by Hyvee any day over toes place.

Thought I’d run n2 cvs to purchase 3 small items get n and out. I approached self checkout. Store employee Susie came running towards me. Saying hi wld u lik to be checked out. I said no thank u, I need one more thing but I’m sure I can use self checkout. I went to the paper section found the manager stocking. I said hi can u help me find a sketch pad. We found it in aisle 14 where he was stocking and he continued stocking after I grabbed the pad. As I approach the self checkout, here comes Suzie leaving the area right next to self checkout to the counter. She must of ran to grab the store manager Jason because he came from the back to the front counter. Suzie then Again asking can I help you. I pointed at the two other items I had at self checkout already and said I believe I have it covered. Suzie then came up behind me stood behind me then as I scanned my items she grabbed them from me and began placing them in the checkout bag. I looked at Suzie I smiled and said Suzie I believe I have this covered. She said oh I’m going to help u anyway. Now I may be over reacting to some but I do not look lik I need help checking out 3 items. I observed an elderly Caucasian lady w a cane who seemed confused and possibly needed help cause she kept saying oh I’m just wandering around, not sure where things are as she smiled and continued looking around. Now I almost assisted her because she appeared to need help. But to see Suzie’s conduct w me. Which Left me to believe that she felt I was going to shoplift and it was quiet irritating to be judged by Suzie and to see that she even got the manager Jason on board. So I left the store. Jason came running outside looking around to see where I went. I sat in my car and wanted to ask is there a problem. But I decided I just won’t return. I’ve shopped at that location other times and never experienced that. I am really upset I felt targeted and stereotyped at the same time all within the short 7 mins or less I was in 3351 SW 3rd st. Lee’s Summit MO. I would like to know if any other African Americans have experienced anything lik this at this location.
