I have never before seen the utter disregard, disrespect, lies, and flat-out dangerous behavior as I have from the people who work in this pharmacy lately. My young daughter was home from the hospital with a severe asthma attack. My mother went to pick up her new meds. The lady working told her they had nothing ready but refused to look up to see if they had received the doctor orders. Our doctor called and spoke directly to the pharmacist TWICE, and they still never entered and filled the orders. After two days of trying to get our medications, I had our doctor call them in elsewhere and transferred all of our prescriptions out. Every time I've tried to fill prescriptions for the last several months, it seems like there's never anything but problems. I will never again use this pharmacy for anything.

They are super busy in the pharmacy. They have orders stacked up everywhere. It's kinda crazy how many pills they peddle. But they were very kind and helpful to me.The pharmacy tech asked me how she could help me. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for several months. My insurance company keeps denying the medicine my doctor wants to put me on. I found a coupon online from the manufacturer And thought I would try it here. I have tried it at other locations and it's not worked. The pharmacy tech got together with the pharmacist. They were both very helpful. They did some finagling and were able to get my insurance company to pay for some of the prescription and the coupon to pay for some of it. This meant that I still had a pretty high co-pay but I also saved $1000 on the retail price of the prescription. I am quite pleased! This is a Pharmacy that will go to bat for you. That's hard to find these days. Bravo, 3rd Street CVS.

Once again, I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and pulled up to the drive through at 8:00 AM (when they open and waited behind another car for nearly 10 minutes. After noticing the vehicle pull forward and drive away frustrated, I pulled up and noticed the metal gate was still down at 8:15 AM. I pulled through, parked, and walked into the pharmacy and told them that I had been waiting in the drive through for nearly 15 minutes as was another customer. In true CVS style, there was no apology or any recognition of my inconvenience. When I questioned how it was possible for an entire staff to get to work 15 minutes late, I got nothing but dirty looks and an attitude from the person that helped in picking up my 5 prescriptions. Last month when I tried to pick up my prescriptions at 8:00 AM I was told the pharmacist was running 30 minutes late because of the time change and she over slept. It must be nice working for a company where it is completely acceptable to roll into work whenever you feel like it and consistently treat customers like crap when they ask about it. I wouldn't know as I have always took my job seriously enough to NEVER be late for work. The reviews here speak for themselves. Literally 1 star reviews!? This is a really, really, really, really, poorly run pharmacy..... but they don't care!

Absolutely the worst! Pharmacy worker has the rudest attitude towards pretty much everyone! Never have our meds and they huff if you ask questions!

Pharmacy very rude. Couldn't get medicine after my husband had surgery gave them 3 hours to fill no notification went to pick it up was told not ready with no time as to when explained the situation was told they were 3 days behind and I had to wait with no time frame. When expressed my dismay and the urgent need was asked to get out of line so they could help the next person. I hope everyone reads this and note the Target CVS is so much nicer and efficient.Honestly when it comes to trying to take care of your family who cares about your stupid extra bucks. CVS as a company you need to get it together I have no choice but to use this company and I hope that will change soon. Worst treatment ever.

Standing in line for the pharmacy, i noticed the pill disposal station. It was so full that it wouldn't close and i could reach in and grab any medication i wanted. Not safe. When i told them about it they said that it was always full and too many people bring there meds there for them to keep up. Not a very responsible retort and quite negligent. They seem understaffed and overworked so i will be going to a different place next time. Most people in line were upset about there medications or how long it was taking

This CVS is really gone downhill (not that it was ever great). They sent me a text saying my medication is ready and when I get there.....it isn't even in stock. They have a huge staff turnover and some of the new staff are clueless. They never read notes in your file and even gave me the totally wrong medication (gave me blood pressure medication by mistake and I already have low blood pressure). The wrong pills were mixed in with the correct medication. If you get your medication here, look it up online before taking it to make sure it is the right pill.

I just returned from CVS store 621 in Lee's Summit, MO to pick up prescriptions, and the staff in pharmacy was very helpful and pleasant. I picked up a few more things and was directed to self-checkout by an older woman with long gray hair (no name tag). She was the rudest, most impolite person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I was not the only person she was rude to as a woman I exited the store with commented that she was astonished at her behavior. It is indeed unfortunate that an employee who is public facing treats customers so badly and even worse that this store tolerates it.

Been coming to this CVS for 20years with great service. However, every since January 2022, this is absolutely the worst store I have ever been in ! They have changed so many things with how this store operates that it literally ruins your whole day just by going into this CVS to get your prescription or shop. Customer service appears to have completely disappeared from this location. Not enough workers and the ones who are they offer very little assistance. This store has gotten so bad in the last 4 months that me and my wife are going to go through the painstaking task of finding another pharmacy to go too and having all are medications transferred. This store is located right in our neighborhood and I'm afraid it will soon go out of business due to existing customers leaving. I don't want this store to end up as a pawnshop or quick cash store but, it feels like that is what's going to happen. Nice job destroying your business upper management people. Great job ! ! !

Worst customer service ever. Called and they gave us a different location for covid testing even though we were at the right place and said they weren't testing until 10 when our appointment was at 9. Had to end up coming back just to wait outside in the cold since their website lied and we had to go into the store for covid testing instead of a drive through option. Hopefully covid doesn't spread to the store due to the lack of responsibility on their end. Update is positive, so I wouldn't go into the store if I was elderly or had any kind of health issue. Also the woman who was really rude and worked there for only three weeks good luck. I don't wish that upon anyone.

Let me start by saying that I only go to CVS because my health insurance mandates it. That said, I have been to ALL 3 Lee's Summit CVS. The one at 3rd St by Hey 50 far exceeds the other 2. The employees are kind, courteous, respectful and helpful. The service is great. The prices are not their doing. They run a great store and it's the only CVS in Lee's Summit that I will take my business.

Sometimes it just takes one person to change the trajectory. Spoke with Charles on the phone today for a simple request and he was prompt, kind and courteous.

Had to go three separate times to get one prescription filled. Over 15 minute wait (coming back a day after dropping off prescription), and they proceeded to fill the wrong medication.

Stood in line for 7 minutes before deciding to walk out because not a single worker was on the floor. That's insane!

it is too expensive at cvs it is 30$ for 4 passport photos. At costco it is just 10$ and they provide soft copy for future print.
