Worst pharmacy! Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service with bad attitude. It takes weeks to get your medicine in stock. Would give it negative stars if I could.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy to deal with. They don’t answer the phone EVER! I’ve held on the phone for over an hour two days in a row trying to get ahold of the pharmacy regarding a prescription and they literally always have excuses of being understaffed but when you physically go inside the store they will have over 6 employees or more working back there. They just don’t care and it shows 100% by the way they treat their customers. I would transfer my script but since it’s controlled I am forced to deal with them until the refills run out. It is absolutely HORRIBLE dealing with them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PHARMACY. Not a good choice! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This CVS is good. Reading all the negative reviews, I understand the frustration, but I see the staff trying. The store manager is doing the best he can and I see people yelling at him about the pharmacy when he has no control over what is happening there. It is out of his hands and he gets all the heat for it. I know this because I used to work for CVS. No one wants to work, they are understaffed and the employees there are trying to do their jobs, but they keep getting screamed at. Take a step back and try to understand that they are trying to work the best they can with what is happening in the world today. Try to have a little patience and understanding and I'm sure it'll get better.

I would never recommend this location to anyone. Prescriptions are never ready. You have to go into the store before they will even try to refill them, so it ends up taking two trips to get your meds. We are done with CVS altogether because we have had awful experiences at other locations nearby. Take your scripts to Walgreens or Price Chopper pharmacy.

I have NEVER experienced anything like the trainwreck this once great pharmacy has become. Whoever is in management needs to be fired. The staff almost seems to enjoy telling you they are running "two weeks behind". Excuse me - what?I had the misfortune to visit this location three times in the last week and every single time was a total disaster. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Surely it won't be this bad next time. It wasn't. It was WORSE and today was the last straw!If enough of us take our business somewhere else maybe they will get the message. You can see the reviews from years ago were awesome. Sadly, those days are long gone. Lakewood - RUN don't walk away from this joke of a pharmacy. Poor elderly people stood in line forever, only to have the screen pulled and closed on them as they were coughing.SHAME ON YOU CVS.

Constantly send messages that prescriptions are ready and you go to pick them up and they aren't. When you tell them you have messages saying today is the last day to pick them up you get attitude and the comment " Well they aren't ready" They say they contact the doctor for refills but the doctors have no record. They mess up the insrance papers. Total mess of a pharmacy.

Solely here to say the bathroom was extraordinarily clean. I feel like this is not always standard for CVS… so it had to be noted LOL Otherwise - location operates as normal and has everything you need. Staff helpful as well!

They need to hire more workers, service here is always slow. Especially the pharmacy drive thru, lines are always backed up creating chaos! The inside looks like a mess and unorganized. Staff never looks busy or wanting to help anyone.

Can even get him to answer the phone on hold several times more than 30 minutes at a time had to end up talking to the store manager to get somebody to call me back Several times they only Phil l part of the script, If you have any other choice do not ever use CVS on woods chapel

CVS customer service SUCKS!!!! You can not call and talk to a human being, you get tangled up in their automated system! I was on there for over five minutes trying to talk to someone and their freaking system hung up on me while I was holding!!!! It took another five-plus minutes to actually talk to someone, who was not in the area I needed and of course they couldn't help me and offered ANOTHER phone number to call!!!! They have HORRIBLE customer assistance, especially for people who are already stressed because they are sick and they are just looking for the answer to a simple question!!!!!!!! HIRE REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE FREAK'N PHONES AND GET CUSTOMERS THE ASSISTANCE THEY NEED!!!!AND MAKE IT SOMEWHERE IN AMERICA SO CUSTOMERS CAN UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE THEY ARE TALKING TO!!! AND TRAIN THEM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
