“First, Mazuma is awesome!! Someone tried to access my account at 1am. Mazuma fraud department text me to alert me, they locked my card and I had to go into the branch to get a new one. Someone was trying to access my account while I was in the phone with them. That’s when I met Theresa Jones. She not only got me a new card, but also had me to put a beneficiary on my account and told me about opening a CD account. I’ve been with the credit union about 8yrs and hasn’t been told about either!! Thank you Theresa for being on top of things for me. Thank you mazuma for catching the attempt on my account.. Awesome personality Theresa has.”
