That place is going downhill with no brakes! My 2 year old attended CWS for a little over year. During this timeframe, I saw a major decline in quality of care and an extremely HIGH turnover of good teachers. My son got a new teacher every 2 months! I also witnessed several state regulations not being followed and teachers yelling at kids. Do not be fooled by the colorful “exploratory” as it’s a facade. It never looked “played in” and I never saw any kids playing in there no matter what time I would arrive. Also my son never brought drawings or pictures home, so I questioned what he was doing all day. In my opinion, It’s not a school; it’s Lee’s Summit’s most expensive babysitting service. Do your research - I would not recommend.

I recommend CWS 10/10. The staff is always friendly and kind to not only to their children but also parents. They always keep me up to date with how my child is doing. They listen to my concerns if I have them about my child or the school. They are always staffed correctly, and I never worry about if they are out numbered. My son loves the STEM based learning and I like knowing each week what he is learning and doing. Overall having a great experience with our son!

I really wish I could give this place a no star but guess I gotta do one. Do not send your kids here. The director Jenn Campbell is so unprofessional. She does not care about the kids. She also doesn’t step in for breaks when needed she just decides that nobody gets a break. She was the rudest women I have probably ever met. And when I called to get my items back from there she would pick up the phone and immediately hang up not saying anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I appreciate the structure of the learning programs and topics that CW LS teaches. We can tell when our girls learn something new, they are quick to apply it to their everyday life. The teachers are also really great, I know my girls love seeing them everyday! Thanks to everyone that plays a role in the chimps and tiger’s classroom.

A five star rating doesn't always mean that it is best for your child. Unfortunately, I recently became a foster parent to my granddaughters ages 2 & 3. Looking for a day care that has an opening and fits the situation is very difficult. I was very pleased to find Creative World especially with the curriculum, ratings and cleanliness to see when touring. My granddaughters have seen and been through things that we will never be able to understand or even know. My 3 year old g-dgt has ADHD like behaviors yet not diagnosed and some separation anxiety which is to be expected. The first 3-4 weeks were very difficult to adjust and she had a few behavior sheets that i had signed. I received a call to pick her up one day due to uncontrolled behavior which ironically happened every day exact same time. When i arrived the Regional Director met me and informed me they were giving me notice and I had 2 weeks to find other placement. The daycare called me EVERY Day SAME time to pick her up because they could not redirect. Knowing the situation they day care was not even willing to meet with me, caseworker, therapist all parties involved to see how we could come together to provide continuity care for her as a team- their solution was to get rid of the problem instead of finding methods to address. Not to mention this change had to affect both girls as if they needed one more change in their life. Also, my ex husband had to pick up on 2 occasions and the staff never requested identification and had never seen him before. The Director and Assistant Dir would never speak with me about event of the day or even make eye contact or even inquire if i needed help or say good bye to girls! I feel that there was a total lack of compassion for a child that has been to hell and back- Shame on them! I said this all to say, if you have a child with any issues please reconsider and ask more questions so your little one does not endure this.

My daughter has been going to Creative World LS since she was 2 Years old. She's had WONDERFUL teachers and nothing but positive experiences in the two years she's attended. She especially loves her current teacher, Ms. Jessie. Ms. Jessie caught a speech problem with our daughter that we hadn't noticed. Because of her close attention and knowledge, our daughter didn't slip through the cracks. She receives speech therapy twice a week and is almost caught up. She has one more year until she starts Kindergarten and I feel that my daughter will be well prepared! We love Creative World and would recommend it anyone!

My 2 year old loves going to school at Creative World! His speech and motor skills have sky rocketed since he started attending about 6 months ago! They keep us informed on his daily activities via e-mail and the Kids Reports app. Each day when we pick him up he chats all the way home about his teacher Miss Ali and all of his friends in his classroom. I would definitely recommend this school for toddlers.

My son absolutely looks forward to going to preschool and daycare. He has been learning a lot and we are able to see pictures and narration of what they did that day. They made my son feel incredibly welcome on his first few days, as well.Cannot recommend Creative World more. Miss Mo is the best and truly cares about the kids!
