Firmly in the 20th century. I tried to open an account online. They made deposits to the account from which I was funding the commerce account. I got an email to go to the link and enter the deposits to finish the application. The link said ' access denied' so I called. They had no record of my attempt to open an account and could not help me finish the process. Go to a branch they said. That misses the point. They did give me an auto loan so they get 2 stars but I will have to pay from another account or pay a fee for the privilege to pay Commerce directly online. I will pay from another account

I personally despise coming to this location. The atmosphere is stale. The tellers are rude and snarky. If you want to be treated less than, please come here. The Grandview branch is more friendly and they also keep their complimentary snacks in the lobby instead of behind the counter for the employees.

I was greeted warmly by Connor in the lobby who helped me immediately with my request. He also gave me some trip ideas based on where I was going. He quickly fulfilled my ask and I was on my way. He was personable and friendly and I felt lifted up on my way out. What a great experience. Thanks Connor. Wherever you go you are going to do great things.

I called this branch twice and nobody answers the phone. Their voicemail said to leave a message and they would call back as soon as possible. In their case that's more than 24 hours later. I would think they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone when their savings only pays. 01 percent.

You always want to do business with a place that is friendly, but my experience in the past with other banks has been that I often walk in and simply have to find my way around. That is not how it works at the Commerce Bank branch where I do my business. I'm always greeted and asked if I need any special service. Recently, I have needed special service and it has been provided promptly and professionally.

I have gone to this branch for many years. Though I have always received good service here, I find it even better this past year, in particular. I regularly receive quick quality service.

I'm not talking specifically about this bank located in Lee's Summit, but rather about the firm Commerce Bank
I WAS ROBBED !!!! from my account with a charge to a telephone company that NEVER materialized and never existed for 999.99 dollars.
Commerce Bank's response to my problem was too stupid, since according to their logic it is to leave my account in negative, forcing me to use my credit card (which they will earn money with the interest) and the only way to solve the problem is by mail, IN THE FULL 21ST CENTURY AND IN A TIME OF CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY, I can't believe it!!! And finally, it will take them 90 days to carry out an investigation that my wife did in less than an hour, all this at the risk that in their investigation they will decide that it is not theft and I will lose my money.
The investigation papers will take two weeks to arrive.
I am disappointed in Commerce Bank since they took good care of my money but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank AT ALL since the theft resolution methods, or any other, take a long time and the way they do it is outdated, and you run the risk of losing your money.
I can't wait to get my money out of that bank.
